I had a very positive experience dropping off my comforter and shams for dry cleaning. The young lady was ver informative about the process, timing and price for the service. She explained that they require pre-payment for domestics, which was not a problem. They were ready early on the day it was promised and everything came out great. Outrageously overpriced! I recommend heading back to the valley for fair dry cleaning rates. Charging $99 for six items is completely unreasonable--especially considering one item was a $6 repair, along with two jackets, two dresses, and two shirts they weren't even sure they could get the stains out of. Happy Cleaners in Mesa, where I've been a loyal customer for 10 years, would never charge such excessive prices. read more

I love the seamstress here. She is always able to figure out just exactly what is needed with my bumbling trying to explain. Also, the items are always done before the estimated completion date. It's been awhile since this incident happened. But I think this needed to be known. I brought in a suit jacket to be tailored. I was quoted at that time $22 and that additional charges may be added depending on the alterations needed. To be honest, I really didn't pay much attention to the last part of that statement thinking that it couldn't be that much. To my surprise, it came to $90+. I have their delivery service and noticed a charge on my credit card for that amount and my first thought was never again. When the jacket was delivered, it looked like a three year old had altered it(found out later that it was because they forgot to press it). Getting to why the five stars :). Well after being able to call the OWNER OF THE COMPANY for my complaint, though she initially wasn't able to get back with me, the same day, because she was taking her daughter to school. I was really impressed to, not only, be able to speak with the OWNER but also that she was still finding the time to take care of family matters. When she got back to me the next day, she did an investigation and fixed EVERYTHING! That gave me the confidence to keep their delivery service. Did I mention that they're "the only game in town" which makes one think that they don't really need to try that hard but she definitely cares. read more

I've been going to this cleaners for a little over 5 years and they have gone sky high on pricing. I just picked up my cleaning and they charged me $10 per shirt to have it dry cleaned only. I starch my shirts for $5.00 and jeans are now $9.75 for heavy starch and they don't even do that great of a job anymore. I told the girl that they are getting ridiculous on pricing and all she had to say is it'll probably get higher. The customer service is horrible and they could care less. I will never go back and I would look other places to get your cleaning done. read more

Although their service was adequate and the girl at the front desk was bubbly and friendly. I'm leaving a mediocre review based on misleading pricing. Before choosing to use this provider I called ahead and asked for the price to tailor a suit and was quoted a price that seemed fair. I dropped off the suit and was given a receipt but without an amount due. When I went to pick up my suit the amount was double. I objected and was told it was per piece, as in one charge for the jacket and again for the pants. I can understand this being a misunderstanding more than deceit, however when one refers to a "suit" it implies both pieces, otherwise it would be a jacket and pants. You would expect a tailor to know the distinction. No attempt was made to rectify their mistake. read more

They do a great job of cleaning, pressing and alterations. But for some strange reason they will not call when your items are ready. They asked for a cell number so they can text. I said I prefer a phone call. They said we do not do that. Huh??? What happened to business/customer relations and interactions. That is part of growing a business. Why should I go back if they can't talk to me. I find it cold and a bit rude. read more

I brought in 8 curtain panels to be cut and hemmed from 84 inches to 64 inches and pressed. Very simple, 8 straight cuts, 8 hems, same color thread on all. I dropped them off on 5/3/18 and was told I could pick up on 5/25/18 after 5 pm. I picked them up on Sat 5/26, I was shocked when I was told my bill was $176.00!!!!! That's more than $20.00 a panel to hem and press, I did not pay that much to buy them BRAND NEW. Needless to say I will NEVER go back. dont ever take your clothes here! especially if you have expensive closed. they absolutely ruined all my expensive jeans i made the mistake thinking they would do a good but i could have washed them at home and did better. my jeans are literally ruin and im soooo upset ive never in life left a review on anything or even thought to download yelp to do this but i was honestly so upset and cant believe they faded all my black jeans and they now have grey patches its just unbelievable and i wish there was something more i can do but i just hope people just stop goin their because theyre rude af and will blame you as if you washed the clothes and not them. read more

I have used this cleaners for 15 years and they have always done an excellent job. The dry cleaning always comes back looking amazing. The starch on my husbands shirts and pants is perfect every time. They've saved me many times when I had a "clothing emergency ". The counter help is friendly and helpful. I have gone to this dry cleaners for years and never had a problem until a few weeks ago. I picked up my dry cleaning and all of it smelled of cigarettes. I took it back and they cleaned them again at no charge. The next time I took clothes in the same thing happened. I will never be returning to this dry cleaner and would caution anyone else against going there either. read more

They are now named Pristine Cleaners, and their customer service is horrible. I brought in an order for alteration, and they overcharged me because they miscalculated the quantity. Instead of trying to get to the bottom of the issue or see the proof of their error, they insisted on charging me for an item which they did not alter. Customer no-service at this location.
