We have had an issue with this company for years NEVER an issue. Caleb takes over and has damaged our property not once but twice. The pre-emergent application quality is also lazy and inconsistent. These people are not good. I kept getting weeds after they sprayed. They actually got rude and said they would not spray any more. I guess there guarantee is worthless. They have a lot of bad reviews. read more

Such a strange and unpleasant experience with these folks. We have done business with them in the past and had an arrangement for them to come out twice a year to spray our acreage with pre-emergent. The first couple of times went fine but in 2021 everything changed. The spring came and went and at the end of the summer I called to find out when we were scheduled for. Priscella told me that she had tried "several" times to call and had received no answer or that I had hung up on her. Not true. I would not have hung up on her and there were no voice mails that went unanswered. Got the fall application scheduled for today and when the guys showed up they saw a pressure washer truck parked outside my property near my house. I was home waiting and rather than call or even ask any questions, they just left. We have a very large property and the pressure washer guy would have been gone before they even got to that part of the property but AZ Weed Guard used that as an excuse to just leave and not do the job. Both Priscilla and her husband had a series of excuses and were very defensive about the poor customer service. I get the impression that they have too much business and just don't care. read more

AZ weed guard has an agreed upon price for my HOA-gave it a try and so far so good! The weeds are dead and now the yard (xeriscape and rocks) just needs to be cleaned up - too bad the dead weeds are not cleaning themselves up the little buggers. Have to go with four stars instead of five because of a delay in scheduling (about a week and a half) -because our neighborhood is so far away, they have to schedule homes in groups that need to be done in our area of town. This is totally understandable from a business perspective but it did put us pretty close to the wire with weed violation notices that we had been getting. All in all a solid business-I would recommend them to fellow homeowners. read more

I have used this company off & on for about 5 years. I've tried other companies in between because of scheduling conflicts. This company is the best by far. They make sure to spray the entire property & the weeds stay gone. If by chance some do come back they guarantee the work & come spray again for free. read more

Used this service last year and had a great experience. This time as a repeat customer I had trouble getting them to schedule. Once scheduled, no call the day of service, at 3 pm on the day I had been waiting around all day for someone,I called to find out that they would not be able to make it. They never called me to let me know. Poor customer service in my opinion. I will find someone more interested in keeping a loyal customer. read more

I have used this company in the past several times and was an established customer. I had a service issue where they did not show up. Rather than accept responsibility and apologize Priscilla (the owner) made all kind of excuses such as "there was no check under the mat", nobody answered the door, etc. Her exact statement to me was; "What is it that you want? We didn't spray your weeds and you didn't pay"? I wasn't looking for anything but an honest acknowledgement of their neglect to show up and an apology. I informed her that she had lost a long standing customer out of the poor experience - Her response was; "We get lots of referrals. It's not like we are going to go out of business without yours"!!!! Wow! That's all I can say. They are quite confident in their ability to succeed without having to being honest and providing customer service. BUYER BEWARE. I used this company for many years. Then, they dropped me. Making all sorts of excuses - after not calling me back after several days. Seems fishy - maybe they are close to going out of business or something. You would think they would want to take my money for another 6 months. read more

I have used Arizona Weed Guard for several years. They service my yard and alley for not only weed eradication, but also future weed germination. I find the service personnel competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. Prices are very reasonable and the service is always punctual. Often times, the gentlemen spend extra time if a concern is found on the property. The office staff is willing to work with current and future clients with scheduling and payments. Two points to consider: They have done my very large corner lot two times for weeds. Both times they get the whole area and the weeds stay gone for a long time. Very happy with the service I have gotten. It is true that scheduling is often 1 to 2 weeks out and rescheduling can be the same, which seems odd, as spraying only takes about 20 minutes. I would use them again hands down. Just need to not wait til last minute to schedule. Price was great for the large area that I need treated. read more

I experienced on going problems with weeds throughout the whole year of their so called one year warranty. Paid 450.00 for their post and pre-emergent weed control on 2/27/2013. Had the owner come out after continued problems and was told the mix must have been bad/weak and they re-sprayed. Still continued to have problems with weeds and each time they came out it was excuse after excuse. The owner came out about a month ago and couldn't explain some areas of weeds and others he blamed the pre-emergent he sprayed was getting weak and casually walked around spraying the majority of them again. Now remember their were out several times during the year with excuses. Called today on 2/18/2014 to have them come back out again with the weeds that I paid not to have to manage. Priscilla tells me that they will not come out because I'm calling on the same day my warranty expires. Not true at all as it expires on 2/27/2014. So then she says we are busy and we can't come out for 3 weeks. You guessed it after my warranty. After our conversation she said she would have her husband call me to come out in three weeks. Sounds like more excuses but I will update my post with the results. Lovely young lady named Ariel sprayed the remaining weeds throughout the entire property to may satisfaction ... read more
