She explained delivery address was out of their area, and she gave the fulfillment to another shop. They filled it to value. I would have preferred a call and given a choice to select my own floral shop. I am amazed that she took initiative and delivered the correct floral arrangement. My daughter loved it! I then called for the flowers to be delivered on Monday, 9/8- in morning before noon. She got a text message at 9:15 that the flowers were going delivered to her in about 15 minutes. They were not delivered! so then Tuesday 9/9 in the morning she gets a call from her apartment complex, that the flowers were delivered to the apartment office, furthermore that the office would be closing at 6 PM. She is a college student and works full-time and never gets back to apartment before 7 PM. However, she has the mornings open. So now it's Wednesday morning and she's been told that she will be charged $$$ , a delivery fee, from her apartment complex if she does not come get the flowers. I have sent text messages to the flower delivery driver. I have sent emails to Amy the owner , and I've called and left voicemails at the shop. I sure hope this is going to be resolved. I'm calling my credit card company by 5 PM today. The bottom line to flower shop -Do not accept a wire order if you cannot deliver to the address that is on , the order. The apartment number was wired correctly in the order and it is correct. I attach pictures of text messages as well This is absurd. Along with the other reviews from people, don't use Amy's plant house. I sincerely hope that I get refunded all of my money. And then I can come back here and change this review.

What a huge awesome cactus farm. They have really inventory. They are popular and things go fast. They also had excellent customer service and wrapped a section of each up for transporting and safely transplanting since they have a lot of sharp thorns. 5 years later her Ocotillos are still going strong. We came here again and picked up a cactus and I do not recall the name of it and it is beautiful. We came again this month to find an Ocotillo to replace a tree in our yard to avoid high maintenance, but they only had one left and the containers was so big we would have find a company to deliver it. We did bring home a barrel to replace a Lantana as the neighbor's tree leaves build up and conintually kill the Lantana there. This place is still going strong and service is still friendly and great!

I usually can find something here I haven't seen at the other nurseries that week. This week I snagged some guara, hummingbird bush, and a gorgeous pink trumpet vine that's actually not toxic to pets (as most trumpet vines are). The staff all seem very knowledgeable and are really helpful. There are two older gentlemen that walk around and are always especially kind and helpful. There are some chickens clucking about and if you go in the indoor plant area you can meet parrots Jack and Diane who are happy to have a chat with you. There's also a huge selection of pottery.

I bought a tipu from there at the same time as another nursery (more expensive) and the Richard's tipu significantly outperformed!! I bought it two years ago and it's a HUGE tree now. Just the other day I received a call back as my Hong Kong orchid had all the leaves fall off, very patient/good advice (most importantly gave hope it's not gone). Thankfully I am already seeing new baby leaves!!
