She was professional, caring, and provided great service. The only issue I have is with the lady at the front desk, whose name I believe is Lorena. She came across as very rude, although that may simply be her personality. Unfortunately, I had two separate interactions with her within the past week, and both left me with the same impression. On another occasion, I brought my son in after he was hit in the face with a basketball and busted his lip. I called ahead to ask about the wait time and explained the situation. Lorena told me that if he needed to be seen, I would need to come in and wait. I understand that wait times can change, but I simply asked whether there were a lot of people waiting at that time so I could make an informed decision about whether to come in immediately or consider my options. She told me that she would not provide that information and repeated that I would need to come in and wait if he needed to be seen. I want to emphasize that the medical care and service I received were great. My concern is specifically with the customer service and friendliness at the front desk. A little more patience, kindness, and willingness to communicate would make a big difference. I will absolutely return if I need to, because I was pleased with the care provided. However, first impressions matter, and for some people, that first interaction can be the lasting impression of a facility. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve the overall patient experience.

They called me and said that particular doctor doesn't see anyone over 22 years old. Well I'm older! I literally went into the facility and made another appointment. They said they had no record of me, I was a previous patient for another injury two years prior. They said they would contact me and they never did. I called them more than once no return call I had a dentist appointment who was just around the corner and went in again And they said they didn't have anybody that could see me????????? I happen to be a medical professional myself, and have referred people there in the past, and they will not ever get another referral from me . Horrible.

He was competent and patient, and worked with me through several calls to get a misdirected order (dr's office takes the hit on that) straightened out and got me scheduled promptly for a stat order. Results were posted to my portal within 30 minutes, and the radiologist picked up an unusual finding that's not always perceptible on the kind of general imaging that was ordered.

The two young women working (and I use that term loosely) the front desk were the worst representatives the company they could have found. They never looked up from their cellphones to acknowledge me, but rather one placed a clipboard on the counter for me to fill out. You know the rest of the story, except for the part where one advised me my co-pay was $250. I advised her that was not accurate, and that it was $150. She then found her voice and informed me that their office was a preferred provider for insurance companies and that the co-pay was $250. I asked her when she had contacted my insurance company to confirm the coverage and co-pay, but she did not respond to my question, rather replied with the same canned response about being a preferred provider... this absurd conversation went on for a while and she then informed me that if I couldn't afford to pay the full $250. that I could finance it. I was about to inform her that I paid cash for my new Lexus with my own hard earned money, but decided she wasn't worth another second of my time and turned around and left. I again contacted my insurance carrier to confirm my co-pay was and still is $150.
