I've been a fan of discount tires for a while and I'm often reminded why I use them…read more The drive through air is awesome for Phoenicians who find their tires constantly needing a little top off and not being able to find a single air station that works or has the gauge on it. This time it was a new problem for me. After buying a used car a few months ago, the tire light came on. I quickly realized that this wasn't going to be easy as the tires were some type of inside mount-the stem is actually on the back of the rim. To top it off, there was a metal cover on the stem that had seized up and wouldn't come off. I was ready to have the tire removed and a new stem or tire out on. Thankfully and happily the manager came out, tried to get it off and ended up coming back with some spray and pliers. He got it off, had the team add air and sent me on my way. It's so rare to have service like this where you don't feel like you're getting scammed. Of course I'll get the next set of tires here when they wear out soon. Now, if discount tire only replaced windshields too, they'd take over the world!
