We had a great time at the Diamondbacks game! Not only are the tickets far more reasonably priced than other stadiums in have been to, the value continues on to the concessions. $1.50 for a hot dog? $4 for a beer? We were lucky enough to be taken on a tour of the spring training site..WOW..what an amazing place! Everyone was super nice and very welcoming. We were able to take a lot of photos and were given a couple signed balls by Luis Gonzalez! Tried to purchase 2018 Season Tickets on a time plan. No contract, casual pay, sounded great. Then my job cut my hours. Can't afford the tickets. Made lots of calls (It's been almost 3 months). Accounting lady (C) is a doll, but can't get anyone to respond. D'backs are currently refusing to speak to me, can't contact anyone. Received an e-mail from the SALES STAFF saying they would hold my money ($500!) until I found some way to spend it at the stadium (??) They're simply stonewalling me now. Refusing to discuss a refund for money they have no (contractual) right to keep. Season tickets are cool, if you can afford them, but DON'T MAKE TIME PAYMENTS! read more

I actually visited the stadium for work. It's beautiful. The dome really keeps it cool inside and makes watching a game a great experience.

For full transparency, I'm a Yankees fan. I'm used to watching AL baseball and the rivalries on the east coast. I'm also used to extremely high prices, terrible parking, overcrowding, and older stadiums (Fenway sucks!) Of course, the NEW Yankees stadium is wonderful. The people are, well, northeast fans. They can get a bit over active (i.e. rude, loud, etc.) at times making your experience different each time. This can be VERY fun or not. The weather is completely unpredictable. Etc., Etc., Etc.....It's just the northeast. I'm transplanting in Phoenix, AZ (and lived in San Diego for quite a while). Therefore, I will be adopting the Dbacks and Padres as surrogates in the NL realm. One of my best friends is a Dodgers fan so I have to root against him. The Dbacks stadium is awesome!!! It's clean. It's close and easily accessible. It has a ton of amenities. The seating is fantastic. The pricing is exceptional ($8-$15 for a professional game?? Are you kidding?? Wow!!!). The retractable roof is amazing. I can't believe the AC units keep the interior SO reasonably cool (and that's on top of already exceptional weather). I was thoroughly impressed by my experience and fully intend to purchase at least a 10 game package this summer. Overall, great job Dbacks, Phoenicians, and anyone else involved. I'm looking forward to the future in Phoenix. read more

The stadium is pretty and nice layout. Is not cool enough on the very hot days. The staff are extremely rude, not helpful, and uncaring.

Diamondbacks stadium is great, nice seats, cool AC and fun fan interaction! But the concessions food - wow, a 30 min wait for a hamburger and 50 min wait for a Sonoran dog. Need some help people ... next time I'll catch dinner outside the stadium before the game. read more

I got the summer pass, $2 yay! the stadium is really nice, but I wish the elevators were available for more than handicap people. don't get me wrong, stairs are great but when you are in the nosebleeds...it's a loooooooooooooooooong way up. I have been following the Diamondbacks since day one. I love going to the games and since the Allstar Game, the updated stadium is great. The food at the park lacks local flavor, but how exactly to you define local Phoenix cultural junk food? Just eat, drink, and enjoy the game. I still love it when the roof opens. I wish they would still play the roof opening music but there is something so peaceful about the slow quiet sliding of this huge machine. GO DBACKS! No stopping now! read more

I was given tickets by a client for a game on Mothers Day May 10th, 2015 My mother is 81 and has a hard time walking, I had to buy another ticket for my 8 year old son so i needed to go to will call too. We were in the garage at the security check when i asked if someone could help me get my mom to her seat and me to will call. they got my mom a wheel chair, and then a wonderful lady named Sharon Holmes who works there, took it upon herself to get someone to bring me my extra ticket, and they walked us to our seats, and even came back when we wanted to leave and wheeled her back to the garage. I couldn't have asked for a better day, with such care and attention to detail as they were.. I give Sharon Holmes and Nathan with the LONG LAST NAME 10 stars today for wonderful service.. I have been watching baseball for years. The Diamond Backs definitely know how to put on a good show.The associates there are great!! every single one from the moment you enter the stadium,get your food, find you seat, security and the players..everytone is great!!! I love and enjoy going to the games and making it a family day. My daughter is getting old enough now she really likes Young. I was hoping I could take her and my son the stadium this past Saturday because all the players were doing a all day hit the ball,run around, and sign autographs. I wish I would have been able to go. Maybe they will do it again before the real season starts. Or I will just wait til nest year. I really love all the food and how the Chase stadium is set up. I just wanted to let you know that tonight I was in attendance for the dbacks game and very much enjoyed it; Almost up to the point where the gentleman in front in front of me felt the need to complain to security based on my language. Security warned myself and my partner about the incident and threatened to remove us from the game. Needless to say, after 21 years in attendance, I have never been treated so poorly. I am withdrawing my attendance in purchasing a plan let alone any future tickets in support of the dbacks. I will furthermore share my experience that my partner and I had to endure. It is very disappointing to have to even articulate the events that took place however without correction from your organization, I feel that you will never adhere to the expectations of society in this 21 century. read more

The facility is really nice and the stadium is fairly reasonable to navigate through. They have value $4 beers for 12oz, it's cash only but a decent value. You can typically buy bleacher seats in the lower level for about $15 unless it's a Saturday game. read more

I like chase field, but the Diamondbacks have way too many amateur hour activities. There are so many contests geared toward children, it's like being at a Single A baseball game. You're a professional sports franchise, act like it. As a kid I loved going to baseball games because I love baseball. If I needed a lame activities to keep my happy my parents wouldn't have taken me to games, they'd have taken me to a circus. It's time Phoenix starts acting like it's the 7th biggest metro area in the country, instead of a second rate city. read more

Love going to the games--whether they win or lose. Great people watching, good food selections though I wish they had more healthier choices. The bathrooms could always use work but all in all, a nice facility. The workers are nice and the fans for the most part are manageable. The people that were in Section 129 tonight were rude. They were constantly standing up, moving in and out of the rows, jumping over seats so much that we had a very difficult time seeing the game. Toward the end of the game I went to the men's room and when I came back, a seat jumper had planted himself in my seat. When I told him it was my seat he stood up toe to toe with me and threatened to throw me down a couple rows. I don't think I want to go to a game again for a long time. read more

The team is great but the security is a bit over rated. Not a fan getting patted down and checks for weapons.

My son works two jobs and saved up to be able to take me to the Diamondbacks game for Mother's day because they were giving out clutch purses to the first 10,000 MOMS, I would not have a problem with it if they had said the first 10,000 people or the first 10,000 females but it specifically said "MOMS"...I am very disappointed that the purses were gone more than an hour and a half before the game started particularly when I saw a lot of pre-teens and other very young girls with the gift. When you do a promotion for a specific group of people, you need to either honor that group or don't do anything at all. :-( read more

We went to the July 1st game against the Colorado Rockies. The stadium was extremely hot. The beer drafts were not working and you could not buy 2 canned beers at the same time. Hardly saw my husband because he had to wait 1 1/2 hours for a beer and when he got to the front he was told that they did not have any more beer, sodas, and hot dogs. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! The spring training games at the new talking stick is fantastic! Players are very fan friendly and the food courts are all outstanding! Very open baseball field park, which allows you too see all the action. The scenery is outstanding with the mountains in the background of the baseball park. How do you review the Diamondbacks? I don't know. But I love baseball, and this is a team and a stadium and a product that is pretty basic, mostly standard. We're not Wrigley Field and we don't have the sellouts that Fenway has, but man, it's baseball and it's near me, and it's a polished, clean product. Lots to look at, plenty see and do, entertainment everywhere.. it's an ADHD addict's dream. And there's a swimming pool. You can buy cheap seats and sit in the "nose bleed" section. Check out discount ticket sites and find a nice spot closer to the field perhaps. There's food for everyone- Panda Express? But also, gluten free options if that's you, and there's veggie food, and there's chicken and waffles, and sushi. And they have a nice discount menu where you can get a small hot, a small drink, for very little cost (like, one of the lowest in MLB so I hear). I never have a bad time, win or lose, it's fun to see baseball. read more

I was at the opening day game. Let me just say the game was so much fun great fans great day. I wanted to tell the management that the concession stands were a disaster. I went to one to get a hot dog all out yes in the first inning. They said 10 minutes but the girl at the counter said that was 10 minutes ago. We went to a short line and got the burrito and taquitos. Horrible cold and tasteless. I know this was opening day but come on the concession stands need to be better. Long lines every where you can only use cash at many and only one ATM around. Isn't this chase field? There should be a hundred of ATMs. I got an email survey so I thought I would offer feedback there no luck they just wanted demographic information. They should care that the concession stands which I am sure are run by another company where awful. read more

The ticket office is rude and very phony with a rah rah mentality with no concern for the customer and always spouting mindless pablum to get a sale. I had a very rough experience with them this year and this is my 7th season. I had a problem for a bit making the payment schedule and basically was implied I could lose my money or tickets. Yes I blew my stack because I felt minimized by someone who was young enough to be my child. I did apologize but did not get an apology in return until just recently and again felt that minimized again for my frustrations. The only reason I kept my tickets is that this is close to a playoff team and even the world series. I want to take my son as a father son event. Otherwise I would have cancelled in a heart beat. Also some friends of mine their kids asked my opinion and experience with the ticket office and I did tell them my experience and the spouting of mindless rah rah pablum was the norm and was an insult to people who can think. These reps need to realize we are adults and many of us could be their parents. I feel like we are only statstics on a computer screen for a paycheck and not people. In other words don't work there if you want to be in a intellectually stimulating environment. I also have heard this from people I know personally as well as rational people in the Online Dbacks fan page and link. It is my hope that the ticket department can elevate it's game to the product it represents. I will close to Say that I paid the final almost 700 dollars in a little over a month and paid it off a month early. read more

I enjoy watching the Dbacks style of play style of play however I'm quickly losing my passion for this team listening to their broadcasters. Beginning with Brenly and including Walsh & Borowski. First they act like immature children when they have a strong opinion. They don't stop trying to prove their point and convince everyone how right they are. Examples the last few weeks was how critical they were about the Dodgers. The way they spend money and just kept going throwing jabs the whole game on why Puig is immature and wait till he goes 0 for 30. I don't disagree with all his assessments however how about showing some acceptance for a young guy instead of hammering him on every opportunity. Last night Brenly goes at it again who by the way he has an ax to grind based on Sveums comments when Brenly was fired by the Cubs. Sveum said the Cubs were better off without Brenlys pressure from the booth. When Sveum took his starter out last night who dominated Goldshmidt throughout the year Sveum decided to take him out , Brenly was relentless in his critic. As a Manager he should understand that there may have been reasons that he wasn't aware of. Brenly has an ax to grind and is overly opinionated. Kudos to the Cubs who fired him from the booth, How about acting like an adult instead of an angry little boy read more

I would not have thought that this year (2016) could be worse than last (2015) year with the supposedly positive upgrade with new & more talented players. I was WRONG (caps for emphasis/not shouting). They can't come close to playing value baseball in their OWN ball park. It's just one grinding, bloody, embarrassing loss after another. Can I get an explanation on WHY visiting teams hit better and score far more runs than the Diamondbacks do?!!?? They strike out way too often, especially taking "called third strikes". I don't understand bringing up players from the minor league to bat .130 & strike out (not even swinging in the same zip code) more than 50% of the time. It's no wonder that their fan base and attendance has cratered. I would like their broadcasters to present the individual players batting averages with runners in scoring position. That won't be pretty either. Overall: their pitching is worse than last year, their hitting is [certainly] far worse than last year, & even their fielding is not as good as last year. It is so bad that I record the games and watch them later if they have bothered to play baseball (not necessarily win) with any proficiency that day. If they have scored 2 or 3 runs in the early innings and then "quit", I delete the recording and pretend it was another off day. read more
