We had Kevin and his crew remove a fountain, concrete pad, and retaining wall from our yard. The fountain removal was very tricky as several large boulders had to be broken up, including one overhanging our pool. So, if not done correctly, our pool could have been damaged. The entire 3-day project was completed without incident, with the construction debris and equipment cleaned up each day, and at a price lower than competitors.

We asked Valleywide to come out and give a quote for quite a bit of demo work in our back and front…read moreyards that included haul away, concrete demo, block demo. Initially, Ben was so friendly and promised quite of bit on behalf of his company. His initial consultation with us even gave hope that he could eventually help us do some extensive remodel to the back door/patio of our house and the back wall of our master bedroom. When it came time to estimate the project, Valleywide advised they were equipped to do not only our demo and haul away, but also construct a new block wall, lay a new cement slab and install new gates for us. We were so excited to have found an all-in-one company, so we scheduled our project as soon as they were free. Once the project started, it was downhill from there. They first advised they'd be a day late, then days late, then over a week late. Once they began, the demo went okay aside from a cracked drip line that we repaired ourselves. The pivot from demo to construction was atrocious. We were told a mason was scheduled to come out to construct our block wall. They didn't show for a week. After some serious questioning from our neighbors and HOA, we pressured Valleywide to get back out ASAP, and they ultimately did show up the following Monday but without a mason. Ben and his partner, who didn't appear to be masons, spent the better part of three days trying to figure out how to properly align our wall. They laid slab over the footings and ultimately created an uneven base for their project. We don't love the end result, but the wall was finally finished after the mason arrived on Thursday that week. In short, it as a sloppy finish that we'll have to sand down before we paint. Lastly, the real kicker for me is in the details. From the beginning of this project, our biggest concern was installing new gates that properly fit the fence openings, opened and closed with ease (unlike our last RV gate) and did not offer any openings big enough for our small dogs to fit through. Late Friday afternoon, the final day of the project, one guy was left on the job installing the gates. They were installed with a substantial opening at the bottom that our dogs could easily crawl under. The gentleman was nice enough to adjust the height at the end of his shift. When I opened and closed the RV gate, i realized they overlapped slightly and will not close without some force. Worse off, you have to throw your shoulder into the gate to get it to open. And as if that's not frustrating enough, they used the smallest screws to attach the composite slats to the frame that do not go all the way through the slat. In less than 2 weeks, most of those screws popped right off and are completely incapable of holding the fence slats together. When I asked Ben about the construction and size of the frame, his answer was "that's as good as we can get it." We'll be in the market soon for a properly fitted gate to replace the complete waste of money this gate ended up being. If it isn't clear by now. I would not recommend allowing this company to take your money and contract out some truly terrible work. Their demo quality (the namesake of their company) was fine. Do yourself a favor and put in the extra leg work to have other professional companies do the rest of the job.

So right there, a major Valley a/c company uses them to fix any damage done during installation. So we thought, we'll have them do some other work. And it kept on from there. First, they finished our bathroom remodel after the original contractor totally screwed it up and wasn't close to finishing. Two weeks later - all done. Wonderfully. Then we had them add a porch extension to the upstairs and downstairs. Again, wonderful work, done at a reasonable pace. VERY well done. I met with Tony from Multipro and from the jump he wasn't trying to upsale me on anything, laid out all my options via insurance or out of pocket, and gave me nothing but honest and upfront information about my situation. I decided to try to see if insurance would cover the repair, and he helped me from start to finish with submitting the claim, to even being there for the inspector! My insurance ended up covering the ENTIRE REPLACEMENT!!! From there, the process only got easier AND the replacement took like 6 hours to finish! Was nothing but impressed through the entire process. So, if you're in need of some roofing help and want someone who's not just in it for the paycheck but genuinely wants to make your life easier, Tony/MultiPro is your guy. Trust me, you won't regret it. I had 3 other roofing companies come out before finding them and it was nothing but headaches, expensive patches that did hold, and salesy money grabbers. And when it came to the insurance, I felt like I was doing most the work having to be the go between and try to get their checks. This roof is probably one of the most expensive roofs after it was all said and done for being just shingles. I've not heard from the sales rep in probably 3 months but get a call from their manager the other day pretty much accusing me of not completely paying, when I try to arrange pick up of the remaining balance several times. The roofing crew left nails a debris all over my yard and I'm still cleaning up. My opinion, if you use them. Document everything. RE: Arizona Restoration Specialists…read more We highly recommend this company. They were punctual, informative, efficient, and personable. We had a leak in the wall behind the washer and dryer. Apparently, it had been leaking for quite a while. (We found out that it was the washer drain pipe, so it only leaked when doing laundry.) We contacted Dallin at Arizona Restoration Specialist on Tuesday 1/13. Wednesday 1/14, Dallin came and inspected the damage and advised us of the process. He emailed us an estimate that afternoon. Thursday 1/15 we contacted Dallin and made arrangements for them to start work on Monday 1/19. The weekend gave us time to empty the freezer and move other items. Monday 1/19, Dallin and his crew arrived. They moved the washer, dryer, and freezer to the garage. They isolated the damaged area and removed all of the damage and mold. His crew discovered the broken washer drain pipe when removing the water damaged wall materials. They set up a dehumidifier and a blower to dry the area and clean the air. Wednesday 1/21, they checked on the progress, did more scrubbing on the wall studs, and made arrangements for an inspection. Thursday 1/22, Dallin inspected the work. The air quality inspection was completed by another company. Dallin made arrangements with a plumber to fix the broken pipe. The plumber arrived to inspect the pipe damage. They will return after the clearance from the air quality inspection. Friday 1/23, room air quality inspection passed. Dallin sent his crew to remove their equipment. The area was ready to be repaired. The plumber came over and replaced the broken pipe. Drywall work is next. All of this was accomplished in 10 days. Amazing!! The estimate was reasonable, the work done efficiently, and they left the area clean when they were done. These guys are amazing!! Louis & Sandra Parker
