The staff is very knowledgeable and can assist when you're new to flood irrigation and need some guidance. They are locally owned and operated, and have been in Phoenix since the late 1940s. We had a valve cover that had not been replaced since what appeared to be the dawn of time and we were able to get a brand new one immediately for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back in the future for parts when our yard valve or neighborhood laterals need maintenance/repairs.

Great experience from the planning phase to project completion. Our designer, Pat, showed up on day…read moreone to view the yard and try to understand what we wanted, but we didn't really know what we wanted other than a pergola. We discussed a turf area for our dog, boulders, brick patio, and xeriscaping. A week later I realized I didn't want pokey, spikey, pain-inducing plants in the yard my dog and grandchildren would be playing in. Pat graciously updated our design to include a second sitting area for a fire table and replaced the xeriscaping with a raised area that includes a desert willow, rosemary, sage, and lavender. The day before the project the materials were delivered, the day of the project a team of apparent experts showed up and finished everything except the pergola before the end of the day. It was amazing. They were fast, friendly, and left everything better than they found it, including the side and front yard! Yes, they used the extra materials to cover the shallow graveled areas of my front and side yard, and leveled them out. They swept the dust from the road and driveway, watered everything and left. The next day the pergola was built with the same customer service and attention to detail. We're are beyond happy with our new yard! I can't wait until the plants are grown to see the real outcome!

We just completed a landscaping job with Redwood Landscape. We could write a very long list of all…read morethe great things they accomplished. The work began with a consultation with Walter. He was honest about different types of vegetation and made recommendations based on quality, climate and attractiveness. He assisted with design in the front and back yards. We had worked with a different landscape company prior to this and he helped us remedy the deficiencies while improving the visual appeal and adding drains on both sides of our house. The front yard looked like a "gravel pit" when we began and now it is on trend and invites you into our home. With a variety of vegetation, lighting, turf and pavers, we are thrilled with the outcome. Walter's crew is beyond compare. They arrived promptly on the date scheduled and were at work early each morning. They left our yard cleaner than they found it every single day. They were easy to converse with and if changes were needed, they were very accommodating. Everything was meticulously measured and completed with care. We would highly recommend Redwood Landscaping and we would definitely choose them first for our next projects. Thank you to the office staff, the onsite crew and Walter. All of you exceeded our expectations.

They wanted $1200 to do an initial cleanup in my yard and then $120 per service for bi-weekly maintenance. $1200 for any cleanup on a residential property is a flat out robbery, it's a joke. Not one landscape company had ever charged me that much money for a cleanup, not even remotely close. My advice would be to find another company that charges fair prices.

I'm unsure about 3 stars. I have mixed nightmare AND amazing experiences with Smith Plumbing. As of…read moreright now I will use them again because their main plumber, Rob, is excellent, and also bc they have lots of mobile home experience. If you know of others that are great I'd like to know them. My bathroom needed a rebuild and they contracted the work to their own sister company, owned by the same owner. Turns out that sister company barely runs and they didn't have a real crew when they took my job. They sent 2 barely adult kids to rebuild my sub floor. One kid cut up all the flooring wood with curving edges in several small pieces so it would fit in his car to get it to me. I came home to find a jigsaw puzzle of a sub floor that bounced and sunk when I walked on it. When I complained they sent out someone else who was excellently skilled but expressed a lot of negativity about all the other workers and about the job and ended up having too much back pain to finish. No one showed up while i missed client appointments and lost money waiting for workers who were schedule. Finally they sent out 2 more guys who said they felt thrown into the middle of a job (as they were) that they didn't quite understand. I had to ask them to redo several things that looked awful (and Rob the plumber expressed to me his disappointment at their work even after that). The two guys admitted they'd never worked on a mobile home bathroom before. After 3 months with no bathroom and WEEKS when no work was being done, the bill for part of it was double what was quoted by the plumber. Katie, who handles the logistics, insisted this was their discounted rate and has stuck to it. So I am stuck with a high bill for a nightmare where only Rob the plumber was competent. Be sure you get all quotes in writing and maybe have them contract with someone else to do any rebuilding for you. Their plumber Rob will work his butt off for you and do a damn good job though.
