Jim listened to what I had planned for the space and catered the grading and removal based on my expectations and some. He took into consideration that I would eventually put down decomposed granite so removed soil at edges to ensure the gravel stayed in my yard. He knew exactly how much to remove His use of his machinery is done with surgical precision so he's able to remove what needs to be removed without touching anything adjacent to the work area that needs to remain. He treated my mature Afghan pine with care and preserved my existing drip/bubbler line I wanted to retain. I am so pleased with the results which exceeded my expectations.
