My water scale was reduced 75% or more, there is no longer a smell/odor in water, tastes clean and refreshing. I have had my system 2 years now and I am absolutely happy with my system. It costs less to have than the plastic water bottles i was buying 8 to 10 cases of water bottles every week, & it is much healthier. Also Victoria, in the Arizona office was extremely helpful with my upcoming maintenance appointment. Very professional, friendly & kind. I would highly recommend this system to anyone. Also, I have read all the reviews, the bad ones, I must say that thus far I have not had any of those problems. All the staff I have dealt with have been straight forward and very informative. I can't speak for others, but I can for myself. I would do it all over again. Again, I highly recommend this water system. For me it works and is very important to my health, as I am disabled.     I would give them a negative number if I could. Avoid purchasing or buying from Puragain. I…read morepurchased their whole house system & reverse osmosis in March, 2024. This system is $5,999. After my 1yr follow up in 3/2025, on 8/29/25, I had water coming out from the reverse osmosis under my sink. This was due to a faulty part from Puragain that they knew they had issues with, but did not check with their current customers who may have the faulty part and fix the problem. Although they sent a technician out right away to fix the faulty part and replace with a newer part that won't crack, they did not follow up with repairing the inside of my kitchen cabinet that had major water damage even though they took pictures. I continually followed up with them to see when they would fix it, I asked for their insurance info & I just kept getting the run-around or partial information. It is now end of December and no word from them at all to repair the water damage. A vendor who doesn't acknowledge their fault or repair what their system caused & they knowingly knew about this faulty part I do not recommend. Save your money, research diligently - there are better systems out there with a lower cost. Run from vendors that don't have integrity.

They were quoted around $1,100 for a water heater, but after it was installed, the company suddenly claimed the cost was $11,000--a figure that was never clearly disclosed or agreed to. Once the work was done, they pressured my parents to either pay the $11,000 or set up a payment plan. After firm pushback, my parents ultimately paid $2,000, which only highlights how inflated and unreasonable the $11,000 demand was. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic used on vulnerable customers. Get everything in writing and look elsewhere.

The delay was partially due to him needing a special solution for my tankless water heater which they made note of when I scheduled. We agreed upon him arriving first thing the next morning. Again he left to get this special solution meaning he never bothered to get it the day before. They had me sign up for the membership plan which 2 different customer service reps told me included in house water pressure check as well as a bag of salt for my water softener. All the tech did was the flush of the water heater. I told him I was part of the membership plan and that was a part of it. He called his supervisor who said that was in fact the case and that he would reach out to me on Tuesday to finish the job and bring a bag of salt. I am writing this on the weekend following that Tuesday and there has been no communication or completion of the job. Only reason I called them is that was the number on my water heater. I wish I could be this bad at my job.

It turns out salt water systems are outlawed in my Los Angeles region because of the negative environmental impact. I needed to return the system. I confirmed the return policy with Kory in their sales team. He assured me that if unopened, I would receive a 100% refund. I spent around $250 of my money to UPS the whole unopened system back to their facility. I paid extra for tracking. Kory immediately confirmed when 3 of the 4 packages had arrived, and he was waiting on the final package. He would refund me once it arrived. Then the final package arrived. I know because, again, I paid for tracking. I reached out to their sales team again inquiring for a refund. Radio silence. This was over a month ago. I have left endless voicemails, emails, texts. ZERO RESPONSES. How strange that Kory was extremely responsive when helping me get this product back to their warehouse. But once received and time for a refund, he drops off. 602ABCWATER, I am not off your case. Respond to me ASAP.

We have yet to receive any notice that the items have shipped or that there has been a delay, it is not July 26th. My husband and i have both called several times to follow up (reached out via phone, email, and Facebook) but have not received any reply from the company. At this point, we'd like to cancel our order because, if we can't get ahold of them now, we're concerned about their customer service if anything breaks or we have any other issues. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a reply. Will update IF i ever get ahold of the company. *UPDATED ON 7/30: neither my husband nor I have received any communication from the company, but he did receive an email that his order has been cancelled. Not sure if that was due to the company receiving our requests for status updates or if it was due to us reaching out to our credit card company to see if they could help us since we paid but had received no product (the credit card company was extremely helpful). Either way, we're glad to be done dealing with this company.
