Simon is wonderful! Family owned business. Great professional plumber! No upselling. Kind and punctual. Fairly priced, always available. Great plumber! read more

I called Simon regarding a leak in my shower faucet. He asked me to send pics. After reviewing the pics, he was very honest and told me it would be very expensive to repair and couldn't be done in 1 day. Since I was losing about a gallon of water an hour, he suggested that I cap off until we can figure out the repair work. Unfortunately he could not come today. I ended up finding another plumber which pretty much told me the same thing and could come and cap off. While I didn't use Simon his quick response and honesty is something I appreciate. Always good to have someone honest when dealing with an emergency. I will call him again. read more

Called Simon after seeing the good reviews and he was over here within 30 minutes. No exaggeration. His work was perfect and he was thorough, making sure to test it multiple times. I hope I don't need a plumber very often, but I know who I'm calling when I do. read more

PERFECT ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Simon plumbing got here on time and was patient! He listened to all of my requests and then got to work. I called for a water service leak that turned out to be much more work than expected. One thing led to another and Simon ended up cutting through sheet rock and the cement wall to locate the service pipe that had rotted and was about to leak! The best part, Simon suggested making the repair that saved me a lot of money and, avoided a water leak in my wall. I suggested a quick fix but Simon was right. Once he opened the wall to expose the water pipe, I saw the corrosion that needed repair! BEST NEWS, it was part of his original price and he did not bill me for all the additional work!!! OUTSTANDING SERVICE, BEYOND EXPECTED INTEREST IN MY NEEDS, AND THE COST TO ME COULD HAVE BEEN DOUBLED! Perfect plumber with a conscience!!! THANK YOU SIMON! Phil Doyle read more

This plumber is awesome; triple A service, no question. When I called Simon's plumbing, it was Simon that answered. When the plumber showed up about 40 minutes later, it was Simon at my front door. Late Friday afternoon, my hot water heater suddenly started leaking water all over the floor, and in no small amount. Simon lives down the street from me, right along the route I walk my dogs every day. My wife had written down the number at some point so I thought I'd give his service a try. I called; Simon answered. He was on the job at a customer's house and couldn't come right away. My thought was, if my house is actively flooding, you should come right away and go back to finish installing somebody's new rain shower. Simon explained that he would walk me through a few simple steps that would stop the flooding, which would only take a few minutes time (which is a tiny fraction of how long it would have taken him to get to my house if he were to drop what he was doing and immediately rush over). As promised, Simon provided instruction and I was able to get the flooding to stop in just a few minutes. About forty minutes later, Simon arrived at my home and set up a hose to drain the tank. He recommended that I purchase a new water heater from a supply store that he uses rather than going to a big box store in order to get a better unit, and a lower price. The supply store had closed by that time. On Saturday morning, Simon went and picked up the new unit that we had discussed. We coordinated schedules by phone, and my new hot water heater was installed and working before noon. The price I paid for the water heater was in fact better than I could have gotten from the usual suspects (The Home Depot, appliance stores, et cetera). The cost of his services was roughly comparable to what I would have paid any other plumber. Simon however, is professional, personable and perfectly competent the whole way through. He went above and beyond throughout the service; respectfully addressed me and my wife, made sure all our questions were answered and was not 'put off' by having to spend more of his Friday evening explaining everything we did not understand, did not leave little messes around where he worked and all around respected our home in addition to us. All of that is on top of him A) stopping the flooding within five minutes of my first calling him B) arriving at my home only forty minutes later (on a Friday night no less) and C) completing the removal of the old unit, installing the new unit, and completing setup about 18 hours from first contact. Plus he hooked me up with a better unit (which also has a larger tank) for a little less than I would have paid for a unit similar to the one that failed and was replaced. This review got long. One of my biggest fears is my home being flooded. I cannot express how much stress and hassle was avoided because I chose Simon's Plumbing. I highly recommend the gentleman for any and all of your plumbing needs. read more

If I could leave a 10 star I would. Look at all his other reviews too and you can TRUST that this plumber is the real deal. I had a major leak in my front yard that was pouring down the street. It was a Friday night and I was told by the city that it was leaking a quart per minute and had been for some time. I was panicked. Simon answered and could hear my desperation. He hadn't even been home yet and agreed to come help. He didn't even leave mess! He is beyond professional, kind, hard working and above all honest. And, looking into others ...the most fairly, well priced. I called him my plumbing angel . I won't use anyone else. read more

If you live in Phoenix, Arizona, and need a reliable plumber, you need to know Simon, a young man who will go far above and beyond to fix your plumbing issues. Simon is not just another plumbing guy; he is the one you can count on for any occasion. Before hiring Simon, I already hired a couple of contractors who work for big chain plumbing companies to fix my shower valve water humming problems. Neither of them fixed my water-humming issues, but they all charged an arm and leg for a visit; one even drilled a big hole in my shower wall, and I had to patch it on my own. I was so frustrated and about to give up on it. One day, my kitchen sink got clogged, and I found Simon's service on Google based on his pristine five stars reviews, and it was the best decision I ever made this year. Simon came in and fixed the kitchen sink in no time, and I requested him to look at my shower pipe water humming issue. Simon did not drill any holes in my wall. Instead, he was very professional and examed every inch of the cartridge and valve. He quickly addressed the root cause and pointed out that it was the missing aftermarket check valve causing the water humming, and he went to many hardware stores and never gave it up. He tried all the possible ones on the market, and neither of those check valves works. In the end, I was going to give up, but Simon did not; he engineered a way that customized the shower cartridge and check valves, and he made it. I am so happy about the outcome of Simon's service, not only because he knows his job but also because he never gives up on his project. More importantly, he charges very reasonably for his service. So, every penny you spend is well worth it. I'd recommend Simon to everyone, and you won't regret it. read more

More praise for Simon and his company: He has now replaced a hose spigot on the side of our house (broken by surprise when it was yanked too hard), a water shutoff to our washing machine (rusted over, so it broke when the washer was moved) , and then SEVENTEEN more water shutoffs in the rest of the house after a few more turned out to be rusted over and easily broken. He also reinstalled three toilets after floor installers didn't properly do so, replaced a toilet in a different house, and replaced a water heater. He obviously remains our #1 choice for all things plumbing - highly, highly recommend his company! read more

Simon is the best plumber. I am so happy we found him. We had a problem with our shower the water not draining. He came out immediately. He is a very polite person. He knows what he's doing. He's extremely experienced. You can't do better than using Simon for your plumbing. read more

I too would give 10+ stars! I had an issue that an irrigation team thought was a plumbing issue and living in Rio Verde is difficult to get vendors to respond let alone on a Sunday in 105+ heat. We reviewed and talked through everything and it turned out not to be an issue with plumbing or irrigation- but air conditioning condensation build up from the last few months. So patient in explaining what was occurring!! Thank you- hope you consider adding Rio Verde to your service area - amazing work ethic, trustworthy and great service! read more

This was the second time that we had Simon's out to do repairs. Quite honestly, I had forgotten just how professional Simon is and completely transparent. I recently renovated my condo and changed every faucet in the place. Upon completion of everything I realized my hot water was not working correctly. I called a few plumbers and explained what was happening. Some right away just assumed I needed a new water heater. Simon was my 3rd call to a plumber. After explaining to him what was happening .. he offered to take the time to speak with my handy man over the phone to check some boxes off before I'd even have him come out for a service call. I respected that so much that I just asked him to come out anyways for a 2nd opinion. To make a long story short something was installed incorrectly when my water heater was originally installed and basically Simon discovered the issue right away. Unplugged something and got my hot water to work properly. In todays world and for my lack of knowledge in plumbing I feel like someone could have 100% took advantage of the situation and made this a more costly fix for me ... however Simon was honest and explained everything in detail to me. For that and the fact that he originally offered to take his time on the phone prior to even coming out, Simon has earned my trust for any future plumbing issues and I will recommend him to everyone. Thank you Simon!! read more

Simon came highly recommended by a friend and he didn't disappoint. I've used him twice - garbage disposal repair/replacement and just today an issue with no water at an outside spigot. We discovered a water leak in our front yard and called our regular plumber. After realizing that they were not open the week after Christmas, I went on Nextdoor to look for a recommendation and saw Simon Plumbing was highly regarded. Simon arrived within an hour after placing the call and had our issue diagnosed very quickly. He determined it was likely a city of Phoenix issue as the leak was in the meter area. Although the city would be coming out to repair the issue, Simon declined payment for the call and even offered to come back the same evening in the dark and rain to do a temporary repair at no cost just to hold us over until the city does the repair. A true professional, he went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved. I can assure you, Simon IS now our plumber!! read more

Simon's Plumbing is an extraordinary plumbing service. A leak detection company was at my house to locate the buried clean out values in the front of the house. The camera wouldn't go through the Stand pipe vent on the roof. Simon arrived to help. He opened a small 2-inch clean out vent attached to the stand pipe and noticed a 3/4-inch PVC pipe inside and intersecting the cleanout line. Simon worked on various ideas to remove the PVC pipe. After about 5 hours he devised a way to "fish" out the PVC pipe without damage the concreate wall or other pipes in the house. Simon was able to remove thru the roof vent the 28-inch 3/4 -inch PVC. See the attached picture. Simon was very patient and tenacious to this unexcepted challenge. Nothing stops him from a challenging plumbing problem. He is simply the BEST and a very hard conscientious worker! read more
