The kettles, fermenters, Brite tanks etc were really cool. The tour guide was super cool explaining the history of the brewery. Everywhere was clean and organized. There were samples of the juicy jacks, moon juice, whiskey wash, whiskey, bourbon, and more. I'm not a whiskey drinker, but the Caramellow Salted Caramel Whiskey was very tastey. The 3 breweries we went to were a great mix of large to small, all with different vibes and types of beer which was great. The three stops were Phoenix Ale Brewery, Wren House, and The Shop. The main point holding me back from a better rating is the transportation. The van was TIGHT for seating 14 (and we only had 13), I mean we were practically on top of each other, and the AC was not working in 100 degree PHX heat. Everyone was uncomfortable. Phoenix Ale Brewery was the largest facility and had a great variety of beer, but heads up no AC. They also gave us pint glasses which everyone was excited about. Wren House was so cozy we instantly felt at home and started playing jenga at the table. This was the best presentation of beer as everyone got a 4-beer flight. Our best stop on the tour was at The Shop (formerly Cartel Brewery) because a brewery employee came in the back with us and really gave us some personal insight to the company and the process. She was so personable, and everyone appreciated the hospitality they offered us at this stop.

We booked an Ice cream and Gelato tour around Old Town and the Waterfront and were picked up within 15 minutes by "Captain Kirk". He is a very warm and personable guide. He was well versed in the area including buildings/archetecture, public art, history of the area, restaurants and entertainment venues. We had three stops on the tour for 1) Ice cream, 2) gelato and 3) sorbet. All were excellent. We certainly had our fill of sweet treats, all included in the price of the tour. We would certainly recommend this company for one of their many various tours, based on this experience. We had not been to this little Western ghost town before, but it has been at least 12-ish years. We…read moredecided to go visit the little ghost town (tourist site) and have an early dinner at the Saloon. This was actually a real mine and town back in the 1800s. We took the mine your, which was short, but interesting and informative. Made me glad was I wasn't a miner! We also took the haunted bordello tour. The bottom floor of the bordello is a gift shop, so we were only on the second floor, which is quite small. The pull the curtains to make the place dark, light a candle, and begin with the ghost accounts of the place. They hand out a couple of ghost hunting told, and take you to the two rooms where ghosts have been reported. It was fun! We also visited the mystery shack, which is a building built in two different angles so it looks like gravity is defied (water running toward, etc ). It was really fun, but kind of disorienting and kind of a workout. I almost feel twice. There are little shops with lots of Arizona-themed items (like paperweights with scorpions in them), cowboy hats and boots, and Western shirts. After going into all the shops, we went to the saloon for dinner. This place is very touristy, but we had a fun afternoon.

It was a very long day so be prepared if you want to go. The seats in the van are small so a large person probably could not do it there were 10 passengers. The passenger seat seats were like this: front row seats-3 across, 2nd row-2 across, 3rd row-2 across, back row-4 across. There was 1 cup holder per row and there was wifi and phone chargers. An ice chest with bottled water was also provided . gratuities are not included. We had a nice day but you are in the van traveling most of the day
