So today I was here and I had a great experience! I was referred last week by two of my friends. I was interested in the eyebrow shaping and tinting. I wanted to do a walk-in consultation first before I schedule an appointment so I called her number directly instead of booking online. I called and got her voicemail but she called me back in less than five minutes. She was so nice and courteous over the phone, she gave me a window of when she would be free.I was more comfortable with talking about the eyebrow tinting because at this very moment I have oily skin and I did not know how it would affect the service. I arrived about 11:30 and we had a great consultation. I decided to try it out. Even though the tinting did go exactly how she wanted it to look, she did not charge me for it. ( Great Customer Service) My favorite part was when she asked me about my eyebrow goals and how I would like them to look in the future. I have never had anyone suggest or give me some recommendations on what we can do to get them how I would like to be. I have been coming to Aris for years and completely trust her judgement as I have also always been satisfied. She is quick, efficient, and timely ALWAYS. I have my brows serviced every 3 weeks, as well as had facials done and always leave a happy customer. Great brows and great skin don't always come together if you're using medications that can cause some thinning of the skin which Retin-A medications do. Do not waste ur time she seems knowledgeable but it's just talk. I paid $75 for a European facial and she did anything but a European facial. I've been getting facials since I was a teen and I know what a European facial is. All she did was rub all of her so called products on my face. Products that has no manufactured dates or expiration dates. I know this because she sold me a $25 jar of clay mask with her name nowhere on the jar except for where she put a sticker with her name on it. I gave her one star cause she was on time. Other than that she did not do extractions that I paid for, she used Qtips to do her extractions. Then she charged me $25 for my eyebrows and left several burns my eyes are swollen and I am getting a lawyer.
