There were two staff members helping everyone behind the counter. The case was full and beautiful. I was excited to see the viral fruit desserts. I ordered a cherry and a green apple; both not too sweet but was hoping for more fruity flavors to come through. I also got a few pastries, which my family and I really enjoyed. My favorites were the ham&cheese croissant and the matcha croissant, which was generously filled with matcha cream. This location has plated brunch/lunch items and offers afternoon tea; which makes me excited to come back. Solid place but wasn't wow'd. Will try again soon!

Every pastry is displayed so perfectly that it almost feels impossible to choose. You honestly want to try everything, and that is both the best and most dangerous part because the price does add up quickly. I will say upfront, their baked goods are on the expensive side. But at the same time, you can tell you are paying for quality, presentation, and that true bakery feel. It feels a little indulgent, but in a way that can be worth it depending on what you get. I tried their Ferrero Rocher dessert, and if I am being honest, it was not my favorite. It looked amazing, but the flavor did not fully live up to the expectation for me. On the other hand, I also got a chocolate croissant, and while the pastry itself was light, flaky, and airy, I was a little disappointed by the lack of chocolate inside. I was hoping for a richer filling to match how good the pastry texture was. That said, their pastries overall are still very well made. They have that perfect balance of being light and airy while still feeling satisfying, which is not easy to do. The real standout for me was the French toast. It absolutely knocked it out of the park. It was rich, flavorful, and honestly brought the whole experience together. If you go, I would highly recommend ordering it because it completely changed my overall impression of the visit. Overall, Estelle is one of those places where the atmosphere and presentation pull you in, and while not everything may hit perfectly, there are standout items that make it worth trying. Just be prepared to spend a bit, and go in knowing you might have to be selective with what you order.

I even bought a pint once and that thing lasted me months -- absolute heaven. They make all of their ice cream in-house too. - Ice Cream Flight -- mango sorbet / coffee Oreo / cupcake / chocolate chip cookie dough; a great mix of flavors: refreshing fruity sorbet, chunky Oreo goodness, my go-to sprinkle-loaded cupcake flavor, and chewy cookie dough pieces One of the fun things they do is a flavor bracket where customers can vote on new combinations they want the creamery to experiment with. The shop also leans into a playful cow theme throughout the store from the merch to the ice cream cups themselves. Inside is mainly a counter area for ordering desserts and browsing merch, while there are a few tables outside on the patio to sit and enjoy your treats. Service is classic Davis-friendly -- welcoming, relaxed, and they're always happy to let you sample flavors! You really can't say you went to UC Davis without trying Davis Creamery. It's truly quintessential Davis.

They offered a TON of flavors. They ranged from Honey, Ginger and Turmeric to Cherry Chai to plain old vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. I opted for a single scoop of the Honey, Ginger and Turmeric and my son got a scoop of Lemon and Golden Oreos on a cone. We both enjoyed our respective flavors. I love golden drinks so I thought an ice cream version would be yummy! Same for the lemon flavor for my son. The scoops were $4.50 each so it wasn't unreasonable. I'd say it was closer to a soft-serve texture than ice cream. Service was great. It wasn't busy, so we were helped right away!

The space is larger than I anticipated, which was nice. I checked out their specials and opted to order their olive latte (it was made with olive oil). I was hoping they had some type of pastry, but alas, nothing except a few prepackaged bars. Once I got my latte, I took a seat. The latte was OK. I thought I may be able to taste/at least smell the olive oil undertones, but didn't. The latte was good. Will I be back? Maybe.

The gentleman who answered was kind, attentive, and made the process a breeze. The tea house itself is absolutely charming, cozy, elegant, and full of character. It's the perfect spot to dress up and indulge in a proper High Tea experience. We opted for the High Tea service, which included multiple pots of tea (two per person), perfectly baked scones served with heavenly house-made Devonshire cream, delicate finger sandwiches, a selection of French desserts, and fresh, seasonal fruit. Everything was delightful, the scones with cream were divine, the curried and garden sandwiches were flavorful and fresh, and the teas were beautifully brewed and fragrant. This wasn't just a meal, it was a full sensory experience. The ambiance, the presentation, and the attention to detail made it a truly memorable outing. We left feeling pampered, delighted, and already planning our next visit. Service was fantastic. Highly recommend.
