We recently put in a request with Yelp for quotes for a roof repair. We were two days from a predicted massive rain storm, and had been experiencing a couple leaks from the ceiling. We were very apprehensive about the timing, since getting people to respond quickly has been a challenge. However, ARG was one of the first people to respond, and after a quick text, they agreed to come out for a quote the next morning. After a 10 minute walkthrough and quick look at the roof, Delfino left with the promise he would firm up a quote shortly. An hour later we received an extremely reasonable quote by text, on that Friday afternoon. We asked Alex in the office if there was any way they could start the next day, and he said they would see if they could move things around. Very quickly thereafter he confirmed they would be there the next day--Saturday morning. As promised, Delfino showed up with his crew and they promptly got to work. Within 2 hours new flashing was installed, and everything was covered with new shingles. Delfino even emailed me photos of the work in progress, and the completed job. The crew left now mess, and there were no surprises! We were able to pay the detailed invoice with our credit card via text within the hour, and received a return receipt immediately. This was the most painless home repair experience we have had to date! If I had known it would go so smoothly I would have called ARG much sooner! Excellent service! I had a problem with several tiles on my roof. A service person had been up on the roof for an installation and pulled out several tiles during the job. He did not put them back. Several weeks later a neighbor was up on a ladder repairing something in his yard and noticed the tiles stacked on my roof. Fortunately, the roof didn't leak, but would have if it had rained heavily.
