Not sure if someone was having a bad day or or what was going on, but I noticed the online website wasn't working to place a pick up order. So I called instead, I was greeted with a very rude intro and when i stated was calling for a pick up order whoever was on the phone got upset with me and then before I could even say anything they hung up on me. This was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and just made me upset because i've never dealt with any rudeness from this place before.

The pork belly tostada was a total miss though. It appeared very difficult to eat due to the pork belly being one large piece vs being cut up. It was crispy in parts where the bbq sauce wasn't. The sauce was sweet, but not great; could've used more flavor. Didn't pair well with the pork belly. Overall my experience was not great by any means, but I'd be open to going back for drinks and trying something else.

Beyond the quality and service issues, be very careful with their online ordering system. It stays active and takes your money even when the restaurant is entirely closed. Also, keep a close eye on your cart when ordering online. My friend accidentally selected the vegetarian gyro for me (we had no idea they had this) when ordering. We didn't know until we got home to eat; it was literally just lettuce, tomato, tzatziki, and pita bread. It went straight into the trash along with the 18 dollars I paid for it. Between the declining quality and the broken ordering system, we won't be rushing back. You also can't really eat here like you used to be able to. If you decide to they just tell you to get your plastic forks and knives yourself from a counter. Yet for the price you should be able to have a restaurant experience.
