Customer service is exceptional here and the sheer volume of odd ends of electronics is MIND boggling! They even had computer parts from the 80's!? Recommendation: Absolutely!! Need anything electronic, need to stop in here. It's the Radio Shack of yesterday... Only 20 times better

They called & told me they only had 1 - OC2 (understandable) & I said fine, just adjust the order/refund for the 2 missing tubes, no biggie. What I then received was 1 - OC2, 4 - OA2, and 1 - OB2, some RCA, a Sylvania and a "Conn" (life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get). All looked pretty rough, dirty & very bent pins. I have not tested them yet but at best they may test as NOS, but are definitely used, not NOS. When I called to correct the order, I was told "you received the correct total number of tubes, so we cant refund. You need to send back tubes if you want them replaced". Considering this was their mistake, and that we're talking about tubes that are worth, at most, $9.50, I had assumed they would send out replacements for the 2 - missing OB2 tubes, and either send a return postage slip, or just say "keep the tube you didn't order". But, I guess that's not how they roll. Anyway, lesson learned. I wont bother them with my business again.

I returned to the store and the technician (I did not get his name) worked diligently to fix the issues and was successful. He ended up replacing the camera part (pictures were blurry after the battery replacement) without charge. Simutek wanted to charge me $150 to replace the battery and instead I paid $75 at GW. I was surprised when they said that they use Apple parts, but my phone detected non-Apple parts. It is working fine and it is an old phone - so I imagine I'll be replacing it once it completely konks out.

In response to the owner's reply to my review:…read more I will not be removing my review. There is a reason you are not BBB accredited... Gamer's Warehouse is the most unethical, dishonest, and abusive company I have ever been unfortunate enough to do business with...if that's what you call this. You charged me for a service you did not perform, removed my phone's battery without my knowledge or permission (theft by conversion) and you returned my phone in a completely inoperable condition. You didn't even have the decency to tell me you removed the battery--I only discovered that after taking the phone elsewhere and attempting to charge it. I couldn't even take it anywhere else at that point to have the service done (although IFIXIT at the Tucson Mall stated that could easily transfer the data using SmartSwitch if my phone's battery had not been removed) because you removed the battery. Your response attempts to shift blame instead of taking responsibility for your actions. The facts remain unchanged: I paid for a service that was not performed, my phone was returned completely inoperable, and I was never informed that you had removed internal components from my device. Consumers deserve honesty, transparency, and competent service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Gamer's Warehouse. To the owner: Please note that I will not be engaging with you in further discourse...on this platform. BUYERS BEWARE.

Chris answered the phone, I told him what I was looking for and that they seem to be hard to find even online. Chris basically tells me if they're out there he'll find them and he'll beat any price I find; in store or online. He calls me back the same day, tells me he's located the headphones and offered me a very competitive price. Even Amazon was only at "pre-order only" at this time. I didn't take Chris up on his offer immediately. Because no one has these headphones on display to try, I didn't know how they'd feel or sound. Professional reviews raved about them, but I wanted to see more real world reviews. I was debating if I should just take the plunge and just buy them; and be one of the real world guinea pigs. A week passes and a few people on online forums took the plunge and tested them out. With even more great reviews, I contacted Chris and told him I wanted them. Chris placed the order for me and the transaction was fast and easy. There are a few vendors online now that have them in stock and ready to ship, but I chose to order from Chris still. I appreciated his no nonsense customer service right off the bat. He is also really friendly and laid back. Also I get to support a local business. There's no high pressure sales even after he shows you he'll beat any price out there. If you're looking for those hard to find items or higher end items that Walmart, Costco, Bestbuy etc. don't carry, go find Chris. Even if you're not an electronic geek looking to spend thousands on a TV or thousands on speakers, Chris carries and can order a wide range of products. He even advertises in front of his store that he'll beat Bestbuy, so why not give him a try.
