I love this kennel. I have an anxious nervous dog and they took great care of her. They even spoon fed her dinner because she won't eat at new environment. You can bring your own pet food or they serve chicken & rice. They even offer the chicken & rice as toppers in addition to your own pet food. They even washed our dog after each boarding visit. The first time I walked into their office to drop off my dog and the second time I called them, they came out to pick up the dog from the car. They have an information form to fill out after you call to schedule boarding. They are firm on their vaccine policy, which is reassuring. Staff is friendly and they have great prices. This is our go-to boardings service for our dog when we go out of town. We usually leave our dog here for a day or two, but the most recent time we did 1 whole month since we travelled to Asia. Our dog, Banh Mi, was so happy there. She wagged her tail everytime she saw the lady there. They also sent us weekly videos for updates. The facility is very clean and neat. There was AC inside during summer and misting machines outside. My dog was well fed she looked like she actually gained some weights staying there. They also gave our dog a bath before sending her home. The price is super affordable! We will always trust Ardezz kennels to watch our dog whenever we leave town. read more

There's not enough amazing things I can say about Ardezz. I've raised my dogs Charlie and Harley since they were 3 months old, so it was really hard leaving them at a kennel for the first time. They are now 2yrs old and are clawing at my car door the moment I pull up to drop them off lol. They love Ardezz which makes me feel comfortable and at peace. Ardezz has very strict rules about keeping your pets vaccinated and up to date which I love. Also, you can't beat the price, free dog food, and free dog wash! I dare you to try! You can tell that the amazing staff really love what they do and the dogs notice it. My dogs always come back super tired from playing with their friends all day. Maricella and Leticia are friendly and helpful when arranging boarding for pets. I was happy to hear that they take cats as well as dogs! Beddings are washed daily (my cat always smells like clean laundry when I pick her up). Boarders are given 2 periods per day of outside crate time to play and run around the room. (My cat is a house cat). When I request to see photos or videos of my cat, they oblige and send some to me. My cat always appears to be relaxed and calm. I was really hoping for a good experience with all the good reviews here. There were a few things I felt uneasy about: -I boarded him for 5 days. After the first few days, I didn't receive any updates. I'm not sure if this is the norm, so I texted and asked how he was doing. Their reply was "she is doing good." I'm not sure if it's a red flag but they referred to him as the wrong gender a few times. This is an easy mistake to make but it gave me the impression he was just left in the kennel with minimal interactions. -When I went to pick him up, my dog came back super stressed. His whole chest and front area was soaked from stress drooling and crunchy from dried drool. I asked how was he during his stay and the reply was "she was good". No additional details. -I found fleas on him. I don't want to say he got them here because I am not 100% sure how he got them but I am suspicious since I keep up with his monthly flea treatments. This issue could have been me/the flea treatment failing but am mentioning it here because I noticed him scratching and the fleas when I got him back. Some things I did like and the original reason I picked this place to board my dog: -A lot of reviews with good experiences here. -They were strict on the up to date vaccines policy. -The prices were good. -They reply quickly, both through email and text. -I did specify that he is not dog friendly, and they did say it was ok because the kennels are separated. -I like the chicken and rice option they offer for meal times. read more

Update 8/27/22 Dropped of my kitties again for a 5-night trip. I've lost count on how many times I've used Ardezz's boarding service. Once again I can't say enough good things about Ardezz Kennels for taking such great care of my cats when I'm out of town. The proprietor, Jeanne, is extremely responsive and personable when communicating via email or phone calls. The wonderful staff, a trio of sisters, Marisela, Letecia, Viviana, are superb! They are kind, sweet, and caring with my cats. My oldest cat developed a rare seizure condition to high-pitched sounds in recent months. It's called the Tom & Jerry syndrome. The seizure episodes are infrequent, but unfortunately it happened again during this visit. The seizure attack frightened everyone and Jeanne contacted me asking if she needed to take the cat to the vet. I explained the situation and Jeanne was willing to work with me and placed the cat in a quiet room to avoid more attacks. I truly appreciate Jeanne's help in this daunting matter. I'd have to arrange separate care methods for her in the future and will continue boarding my other cats at Ardezz. read more

I boarded my pets here over the past weekend. After I picked up my puppy from the kennel, he was worn out and slept a lot. After the second day back I noticed that something was wrong, he started to lose his appetite and felt warm to the touch. We took him to the vet on Friday and our dog was admitted with a high fever. Also, our vet noticed a small bump on his abdomen and said if it gets bigger than we'll need to bring him back in. He didn't know the source of the bump but stated it may be from some sort of wound that got infected. On Sunday, the small bump turned into an abscess the size of a golf ball. My bf and I took our dog to the emergency clinic and before the vet could test it and find out the cause of it, it burst. My dog had to get operated on and get sutures and a drain on his abdomen. I called Ardezz Kennel and explained my situation and spoke to Stephanie. I asked if my dog was playing rough and if he happened to get bit or scratched and she said not that they know of. She was very apologetic and felt bad for what my dog had went through and said that they will reimburse our vet bills. I'm not sure if it was mere coincidence that my dog got an injury while boarding or was it from something else but I'm truly grateful that Ardezz is willing to reimburse for our vet bills. They are very compassionate and truly care about people's pets! read more

I'm giving this place a one star because they failed to inform me that my dog got an infected wound. The first time he got an eye infection (yes the lady told me and I gave them a benefit of the doubt, spent $150 on a vet exam). I took him back here again because my dog always has so much fun with the cute puppies here. This time around, when I first picked up my pup- he acted incredibly untrusting and aggressively (unlike the normal type of anger he has when dogs get mad you board them. He wouldn't let me pick him up and ran away from me every time). It wasn't until later during the day when he finally sat next to me on the couch, I petted him all over and felt a huge scab by his leg. There was yellow ooze on the red spot and it was about 1/2 inch in total- my dog is only 16 lbs. The vet said it was an infected wound from a scratch that got worse during the times he kept scratching. There was also a small nick on his neck. I called Ardezz and asked him about any fights, only to have them tell me that yes, Silas was playing a little too roughly with another dog. First of all, I would have been much more forgiving had she told me on the spot so I could have had it treated ASAP. I understand my dog doesn't have the best behavior and often gets a bit aggressive. I understand dog fights happen sometimes at boarding. What I don't like is not being informed what had happened. It's the principle and the fact that I had to find out myself after bringing him home and to have her confirm ("oh yes that did happen") when I called. Silas had just been bathed before I picked him up, meaning they had to have seen or felt the wound. They need to be more responsible. read more

This place is the bees knees! Workers here are so caring and sweet! I love having Jake here. I like that he gets to be with other small dogs and isn't alone and crying at home. He comes back all tired. Hahah good sleep. Bring your own food and the nice workers will feed your friend. Otherwise they make fresh chicken and rice that they offer the dogs. I just like bringing my own food cause Jakes stomach is sensitive and a steady regimen is best. Conveniently, there is a doggie barbershop in the back with very affordable prices as well. I came across this kennel through yelp and was conveniently close to me. I saw reviews, & decided to board my pup here for 4 days. I left food & toys. When I came back from my trip the price was "mistakenly" given to me and was raised to a new price. The food and toys were given back to me how I gave them. A couple days later my pup developed a HORRIBLE cough. I took him to the vet and it was Kennel Cough, transmitting through a sick dog. Horrible, horrible experience. read more
