Beautifully curated and visually stunning shop that immediately starts to rot and turn moldy as…read moresoon as you encounter the infamous (as stated in other reviews) French woman with a permanent frown and lack of any light or joy. The way in which she followed around my husband and I was absolutely comedic. A spacious and open store with us and one other shopper, and a mere 4 feet of space between the French woman and us. Staring us as we delighted in the first few minutes of discovering items in the store. After about 10 minutes it was still ongoing. She was on our balls the whole time. What a strange and weird woman, I thought. I turned to her, because she was right there anyway, and said "It's not like we're going to steal anything." Mind you, we were dressed nicely, and very respectful of the items, and even purchased something. It was my husband's birthday and I wanted him to have anything he wanted. After I confronted her bizarre behavior, she looked aghast and said she was just there to "help." Please. She was there scrutinizing our every move under the guise of trying to be helpful. She walked away, came back, and told me, "what a weird thing to say." No ma'am. You're the weird one for following us closely with very little space for our entire shopping experience. Like, are you having a bad day or is this just your personality? Anyways, we purchased our item and I smiled and said thank you and she gave me a stink face as I walked away. Funnily enough we were laughing about it later on with another local shop owner and he IMMEDIATELY knew which store and woman we were talking about. His service was exceptional but yeah, this is an ongoing theme at Clic! As soon as I red the other reviews later on I felt SO. VALIDATED. Will be keeping this erratic woman in my thoughts and hopes she is well and finds joy in life and is able to heal from the shackles of racism.

There were tons of supplies and games for teachers or those looking to work with their kids at home, and lots of items for decorating a room for an event. We came looking for items to use for a holiday craft activity for our kids and we were overwhelmed by the variety of items on display. We had priced most of what we'd purchased on Amazon, and the prices really were comparable. There is nothing like seeing the items in person to gauge whether or not they are really what you need (several things we had ordered on Amazon actually ended up not being usable upon receipt). The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and we left with bags full of everything we came for. Thanks again!

I was apprehensive about buying from them as the reviews weren't that favorable. Add to that that I…read morewas making a (sort of) "blind purchase" - and not able to inspect the print up close. I've found though that they do things pretty old-school here -- i.e. they have a website and you can "make a purchase online," but that they will call you to get payment details. You only input your email, phone number and address. Sometimes, you will have to follow-up with a call about your "purchase" because you don't hear back - due to "technical glitches." If you can get past that, or simply just note my advice as above, then you should be good. I dealt with a Brian Newman, and he was great. He spoke to me at length about the prints, as well as the buying/purchasing process and their return policy (yes, they do have one!). After you pay (over the phone), they will arrange to FedEx you your print. Standard shipping for me was $25. If you're feeling a bit nervous about the fact that you are spending a fair amount of money and a portion of your transaction is simply beyond your control (they insure your print/s and require a signature, but there is no guarantee that it won't turn into a Tom Hanks/Cast Away nightmare scenario), take comfort in the fact that they do this on a regular basis, and will FedEx something that's worth hundreds, or thousands. I was tracking my package on a daily basis, and received it in 7 days. I would definitely purchase from them again.
