When nobody responded, I sent an email requesting follow up. Still no response. It wasn't until I got there a week later, that I called your office and I was told someone would call me the next day. Mike did call me and his comment to me was that they could "try to squeeze me in." I never said I "wasn't going to sit around and needed to move forward" while I was there. Since he said he would try to squeeze me in and get back to me again the next day, I patiently waited. No one called me. On Thursday, Mike called the homeowner I am helping and she handed me the phone to talk to him. I had no intention of calling another time. I reminded him that no one had called me back and that I had found another electrician. I was out of patience at that point. That's the actual story.

This time, I was in the restroom when he arrived. He stated he arrived at 9:25am, as you can see in the attached photos. I made the attempt to call him immediately after hearing him ring the doorbell, so he would be aware of me being in the restroom. I even got notified on my ring camera if him leaving a minute later at 9:26am, as shown in the picture. I tried flagging him down, yelling his name, and calling him as he started his truck and took off. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I never had issues with the last representative that delivered, but with Charlie, it has been miserable. Because of this, I have canceled services and went with another gas company that is going to service for 2.47 per gallon. So in a way, this is also saving me more. Win win. Bye-bye blue star.

They used dryers & heaters & had everything ready within a couple hours for the same day guest check-in. The place was sanitized for Covid enhanced clean & smelled great too! They worked so fast they even had time to do my second unit that had not been scheduled. While cleaning "The Bird's Nest by Waterfalls" in Dunsmuir, CA we discovered a tear on the seam of the couch. They were able to make the repair & everything was like new when they finished! They even offered to build a couple of extra chair cushions so I can swap between stays if needed. They are matching the exact fabric. They are an amazing company.
