When nobody responded, I sent an email requesting follow up. Still no response. It wasn't until I got there a week later, that I called your office and I was told someone would call me the next day. Mike did call me and his comment to me was that they could "try to squeeze me in." I never said I "wasn't going to sit around and needed to move forward" while I was there. Since he said he would try to squeeze me in and get back to me again the next day, I patiently waited. No one called me. On Thursday, Mike called the homeowner I am helping and she handed me the phone to talk to him. I had no intention of calling another time. I reminded him that no one had called me back and that I had found another electrician. I was out of patience at that point. That's the actual story.

This time, I was in the restroom when he arrived. He stated he arrived at 9:25am, as you can see in the attached photos. I made the attempt to call him immediately after hearing him ring the doorbell, so he would be aware of me being in the restroom. I even got notified on my ring camera if him leaving a minute later at 9:26am, as shown in the picture. I tried flagging him down, yelling his name, and calling him as he started his truck and took off. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I never had issues with the last representative that delivered, but with Charlie, it has been miserable. Because of this, I have canceled services and went with another gas company that is going to service for 2.47 per gallon. So in a way, this is also saving me more. Win win. Bye-bye blue star.

One year they put a meter on my tank that reports levels back to the office, how convienent is that. Adam calls me when I get down to 20%, how thoughtful. In life or business, you're either getting better or getting worse. Over 3 decades Blue Star Gas has done just that. I bake them cookies because I admire how they service the Mount Shasta residents.

Will took care of about three afternoon's worth of electrical fixes/upgrades to my slightly older house, and didn't just make things work -- he did a beautiful job. Everything he installed looks and acts just perfect. I'm especially thankful that he corrected grounding issues on my outlets: within a month, my carpet cleaner started gushing fluid out the motor vents due to internal failure -- I was like "glad I made sure the outlets are grounded!". And a month later, the roofer guy was up there with his electric nail gun, and it suddenly started raining -- "glad I made sure those outside outlets are GFI!". Will seems kind of busy sometimes, but if you can get him to do a job for you, I think there's a very high likelihood you will be as happy as I am.
