At that time we had only found one window with hard stains that was left as uncleanable, a broken exterior light fixture, 4 screens not put back on and a dead grass area. So we declined their offer to "make things right" and stated the trust was gone. The next morning, when the sun came through our living room windows, they were full of streaks and the front screen/glass door was completely forgotten. Even more dissatisfaction.
