After a good week I noticed my carpet was still damp, and the carpet hadn't been cleaned? In July the same person came back. I moved a couple small area rugs to show no actual cleaning had been done. The stairs weren't cleaned entirely. The attachment left distinctive marks that showed not the entire stair was cleaned. My bedroom carpet, as well as my living room carpet flattened out and looks very old from walking on damp carpet. He did not suction the water from my carpet, leaving it damp. I showed areas where the carpet was flat under my bed where it wasn't walked on. This guy said he didn't know what happened. I told him he left a puddle of water in my laundry room, no response.
