We appreciate the photos that are taken to show us before and after views of our system and all the advice about what kinds of wood to burn and correct operation of our wood stove. I was delighted. I told him I was willing to pay his trip to my house, he said $100，I thought it was bit too much, but didn't argue, said yes. I was going to pay him right there and then, he said he would notify his niece and set up an account and send me the bill. Two weeks later, the bill was sent through emai, charging me the total amount $250. I called and emailed many times disputed the amount, no answer and no response from them. I also sent them a letter with a check of $100. And they sent the email again and again with the same amount of charge, threatening if not paid in full, an interest of 20% would be added until the bill was paid! they never answered their phone. It is a scam and total ripoff!

Their employee showed up alone and repeated the diagnostic steps that I already had done and did not bring the equipment to move the stove. When I overlooked the work being done, I distinctly smelled alcohol on this man. While he was almost done he charged me $200.00 service call fee and said he would have to return. I just wanted him out of my house as he was complaining obnoxiously about the work his job required. I should have called the CHP and reported his condition. When I called the owner, she was apologetic and promised to return my check. She acknowledged some issues with the employee and thanked me for not reporting him. The check and my calls were never returned. I called the other chimney service and got professional young men that fixed my wood stove.
