(I always check for this because an organized truck is an organized mind. It tells me something about the contractor.). He ran tests and checked out all of the equipment. He was very thorough and persistent in locating the problem. Turned out we needed a part, which he ordered and installed the day after it came in. In addition to being knowledgeable and professional, Ernie is a very likable person. We're very grateful to him for getting to us as soon as he could because we do not have a fireplace or wood stove.
