I thanked him for getting back to me so quickly but said I wanted to get a few other quotes. He was kind and courteous and didn't try to pressure me into hiring him. Thomas answered my initial questions with the 1st call, and then I called back 2 other times with more questions. He was patient and kind and very knowledgeable. He explained the importance of OEM vs. aftermarket when it comes to fobs, quality and reliability are "key" (my joke, not his. LOL) When I finally made the decision to go ahead and have a new key fob made, he was there within an hour. I'm so grateful that I chose Abbey Auto Lock and Key. I highly recommend them.
