Alonzo remote keys is absolutely outstanding his quality to listening to every detail. He went above and beyond my expectations in every way! Quality customer service was responsive to any questions I had as well as in the information needed. The process of programming these keys for the VW Volkswagen was way more detail than I've ever expected he spent over 3 hours programming and keying this car with no keys in hand! He included 3 keys for price of one from other lock smiths locally. To find the right chip that work correctly with my car unfortunately the chip I got was incorrect to work on my VIN. He was able to source the correct chip key for my vehicle in Florida and had it sent to get it for my vehicle to correctly make it work. I was so happy I didn't realize the complications in these newer cars the chips are more detailed in different vehicles than others but are not something that anybody can just do it has a special program computer that has to be done through the vehicle system and car program system and I learned a lot. But also realized what value actually you get from that Alonzo provided me for my car to work with the keys all functioning now Thank you so much I appreciate everything and I definitely will recommend him to anybody he's outstanding he's sure to make your experience great and will make sure he gets the keys to work with your vehicle his pricing is by far the best compared to everybody else I've called locally. Resulting in me having to tow my vehicle to the nearest Nissan dealership hoping they'd help me get a new key fob right away. Turns out they were only able to get a key fob ordered and couldn't help get my car open until the key comes in for delivery all for triple the price ! It was such a headache and disappointment. Having to leave my car until Monday. I was recommended to contact multiple locksmiths around town no one had a key fob or gave me an alternative solution for my problem for a 2016 Infiniti Q50 NO ONE helped me. Until I contacted Alonzo and I have to say he saved my Monday ! He not only helped get me a key fob right away in ONE DAY but he was so detailed and showed me features my car had that I never knew about ! Apparently my car was programmed with remote start ! My old keys never had the option to do that. Raul gave me a Nissan Key to use until he was able to order my original Infiniti key (btw my new keys have the remote start button ! My old keys never had them so I felt like Raul was giving me a new feature for the price of one so amazing) by the following week. Raul Alonso had the fob/parts in stock, came straight to my house, was done in 10 minutes, I paid $120 less than the dealer quote (and I would have had to drive to Chico). And I never left my front porch. Raul the nicest young man, is a car-specialized lock smith business (which matters because things are getting pretty tech these days), he's super bright, a hard worker. AND he is mobile--he comes with his truck/equipment to your house or work or whoever you lost your keys! Life saver! Finally: he's local and not part of a big chain. I got multiple quotes for a second smart fob. The first two places I traveled to, they messed around, would have to order a fob that would for some reason take over a week, could not figure out what to order nor could they confirm they'd be able to program it once it arrived. Another locksmith was really cool, came to me, but did not seem clear about parts.The dealer in Chico could do it if I drove there and it was going to be about $300. Yikes. Alonzo's Remotes and Keys showed up to my work one day to help out another customers car, at first I didn't know what he was doing or why he was there until I talked to him and found out that he re programs car keys and so I asked him if he could re program my key to my 2003 Dodge Dakota. He said that he'll look into it but it might not work given that my vehicle might be too old for his system but in five minutes or less he got it working. I haven't had it working since BestBuy installed my after market radio back in 2017.
