My dogs somehow locked themselves in a laundry room that I couldn't access at an Airbnb in Chico, and Eric came through at 1:30AM to pick a lock. I called the company number a couple of times, but no one answered. I didn't leave a voice message, initially, but after calling a third time, I left a voice message, and Eric called me back in two minutes (so I recommend leaving a voice message, if no one answers, even if it's 1:00AM). I was looking for a Lake Almanor local locksmith, so I did a Google search and A-Rocks came up. I checked their website and it shows Chester CA. I called for service and got a quote. A service charge was never mentioned. After the locks were re-keyed, they handed us an invoice with a $415 service charge for 5 locks. Absolutely Outrageous! This seems unethical, how could a business forget to mention a charge that expensive to a customer. I would never do business with A-Rocks again!
