When he finally showed up, he was alone and in a pickup truck. It was obvious that he would not be moving the safe that day because he did not have the appropriate equipment and needed help. He told me that he would call me with a day and time later in the week to move the safe and I never heard from him again. He no showed, he never apologized, he was unprepared and he never followed through with a new date to move the safe. I would not recommend him for any safe that was not purchased through his business.
