I wanted to add a garage door opener for my single unit of a 3 car garage. I read previous reviews and was impressed. So I made an appointment. They showed up today and gave me an estimate. It took them about an hour to get it all installed, explained how to use it, and gave me the user's manual. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommended. read more

As the name implies, Nathan and his team are professionals. I've had them out to our home multiple times to fix an old unit, and not only have the fixed the unit and gotten us back in business, they were thorough and made sure all of our door bolts were tight and pointed out some different things to look for as preventative maintenance. read more

Nathan was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process of replacing our 1989 garage doors and opener. He did mock ups so I could see the style and answered all my questions. I am in love with our new doors, motion censored lights inside and how seamless he made the process. Not to mention I got a quote from another company that was double what Pro Garage doors quoted me and they took a week to send me the quote. I had a quote from Nathan that same day. Highly recommend! read more

WOW! I called and they were able to come out within 20 minutes!!! Aaron was "on it". He was able to quickly diagnose what was going on and FIXED IT! He was professional, communicated what he was doing, explained the charges and follow up. Great and friendly service. I will definitely call them again and have their business cards to give out to friends. read more

This business is first rate in customer service! I had written an earlier review which was four star, only because the technician couldn't program the garage door opener due to a time constraint. The owner reached out and we scheduled an appointment for the programming. Aaron, the technician came out today. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and timely. Our car wasn't the simplest to program, but with time, patience and the right tools which he had with him, he got the job done. So thank you, Aaron and the Pro Garage owner for a professional response and a job well done. We will refer all friends to this customer oriented business. Also, this business has great communication skills, a refreshing bonus to an already first rate organization! read more

I had an issue with my garage door and called pro garage door. They came the next day and also installed a brand new garage door opener since mine was broke and it was 30 years old. I was very happy with their prompt service and the text messages to let me know they were en route was useful. I will recommend this company for sure. read more

Love the owner. I called him out about 4 months ago for a 2nd opinion on fixing my bent garage door that another had given me a quote to replace it. He looked at it, pulled the dent out - no replacement garage door needed. So, when my door started having v issues again I asked for a quote to replace the whole thing as other companies have repeatedly told me it's on its last leg. Again, he comes out and said things are fine except for very rusty springs but just wait until they break. I decided to replace the garage door opener anyway as it was a pain and 18 years old. A couple days later it was installed and the installer left my garage door cleaner than when he came!! Thank you!! read more

Wow, these guys are the real deal! They answered the phone at 5:45 after we gave up on our DIY garage door opener installation. We were in over our heads and they came to the rescue. After hearing our dilemma, Nathan assigned Aaron to come out within 36 hours. Aaron quickly assessed that our original door was installed wrong 30 years ago. He modified it and got it all running smoothly for the minimum one hour charge plus parts. They have a good appointment system with email and texting followup. Very fair and pleasant to do business with. read more

What a beautiful job Nathan and Aaron B did on our garage! We have a detached garage that was built from a kit, so odd shape. You would not know it by the time they were done. Wonderful seal all around and just a beautiful door. And they were on time and cleaned up after themselves. I recommend Pro again and again and again! Thanks guys! Valerie F read more

Just had new garage doors installed. Working with the team at Pro Garage Doors was a great experience. We initially got 3 quotes and they offered the best doors at the best price. The only challenge was the wait time as COVID increased the wait time from the supplier. The team did a beautiful job on the install replacing absolutely everything from the original system which sounded like fingers on a chalkboard every time the old doors went up or down. The new doors are whisper quiet. They look great and with the insulation in them will keep the garage at a better temperature year round.I highly recommend Pro Garage! read more

Very nice service, very thorough, prompt, and knowledgeable.

Garage door opener stopped responding to all of my remotes but one. Tried to find answers online but most a bit too involved. I finally gave up and called Pro and they sent a fellow out to help. He had the same issues with the remotes that I had. Recommended I buy a new one and Pro would install (which was an interesting way to do it but saved money in the long run). Got one, was fit into the schedule the next Monday, the same fellow (I am terrible with names but I'd recognize him, if that helps) arrived within the one hour window, He got right to work. About an hour later it was all working perfectly and off he went. The job was done quickly, the job was done very well, and the worker was friendly and explained it clearly. The cost was exactly what I was quoted and was very fair for the time and effort involved. Would highly recommend to anyone. read more

Nathan Woodard earned our trust in a short amount of time, as he was not only very courteous and professional, but resolved our problem with our 3 car garage doors and lighting, in less then 35 minutes. As a woman, I don't always feel comfortable when contractors come to my home, but with Nathan, I felt totally safe, and knew that I was in very capable hands. My husband and I own 2 homes, one in WA and one in CA where we share our time in both locations. We have found that it is more difficult to find trustworthy contractors in Redding, then Mukilteo, WA. My hubby liked the fact that Nathan was not only professional, but very reasonably priced, and worked hard to solve our issues in a very short time. We will always recommend Nathan to anyone who has garage door needs! read more

Helped me dramatically with the garage door remote. After everywhere I searched on the internet even Marantec the door company said it's a lost cause and that I'd need a new entire door lift assembly these guys came through. Super pleased! Way to go guys I really appreciate your solid work. read more

Responded to estimate request via Yelp very quickly. Had to reschedule a couple times as my mom was on hospice and things were changing. He was very understanding. Excellent service! Came by gave me a very reasonable estimate. Work was done in 20-30 minutes. The work comes with a 90-day warranty. Very professional. Will do business with again. Thank you. read more

I called Nathan around 1 pm on a Friday because our garage door was broken and wouldnt close. I didnt want to leave our door open all night and all weekend. I dont know if I could get someone to repair it on a weekend. I called 4 companies and he was the only one that answered. Nathan said he had a lot of appointments and he would get here at 5:30, ( on a Friday). He did and repaired it in less than an hour. I have storage bins I had to move so he could work, and I had a ladder and a few more items scattered in my garage, and when I came out to the garage to give him his check he had everything put up!! He really knows his business and is a super nice guy. If you need your garage door repaired call him first. read more

Nathan is the best!!!! I can't say it enough. With all the snow and no power I opened my garage door manually and it fell off the rail. Being a single woman I was ready to just burst into tears. I called every garage door repair shop in Redding that day and he called me back late afternoon and was at my house a little after 5pm. Fixed my door in less than 30 minutes and set it up to be all set when the power came back on. Five stars doesn't even cover how great he was. I would give him a 10++++. Thanks Nathan for being there for me even on Valentines Day!!!! read more

Awesome....Awesome...Awesome!!! Can't rave enough over Pro garage doors Nathan and crew. Arrived on time and did a beautiful job. Very meticulous workmanship. Made adjustments on my door opener which I installed somewhat incorrectly a couple of years before and showed me features it had I did not know about. I am not a thorough reader of manuals. Better grade of door and mounting hardware at a very reasonable and very competitive price of all other garage door suppliers/Installers ( I checked all around Redding ). Great job Nathan!!! Thank you very much. read more
