I called Nathan around 1 pm on a Friday because our garage door was broken and wouldnt close. I didnt want to leave our door open all night and all weekend. I dont know if I could get someone to repair it on a weekend. I called 4 companies and he was the only one that answered. Nathan said he had a lot of appointments and he would get here at 5:30, ( on a Friday). He did and repaired it in less than an hour. I have storage bins I had to move so he could work, and I had a ladder and a few more items scattered in my garage, and when I came out to the garage to give him his check he had everything put up!! Best Service we have had for garage doors and our gate. Brayden, the Technician, serviced our home twice and their Office Tech Taylor was very thurough to work with over the phone. They came Once for Door installation and then later gate repair. On time, clean, professionally courteous, high attention to detail and making it the best install possible. Nathan and Pro Garage Doors really impressed me. I thought my garage door was beyond repair... it creaked and made awful grinding sounds every time I opened or closed it, and almost always woke up my small children when they were sleeping. Nathan is Awesome to say the least! Had him come out for an overall tune-up on both my extra tall garage doors. He found a few things that could have been big in the near future and fixed them and also made them so much quitter. Man what a difference! when I bought my house it had two different generation openers on each door and was impossible for me to get one remote to work both. In a matter of min he had it all dialed in on new remotes that do both generations. Now I have one remote to open both doors! Nathan is the best!!!! I can't say it enough. With all the snow and no power I opened my garage door manually and it fell off the rail. Being a single woman I was ready to just burst into tears. I called every garage door repair shop in Redding that day and he called me back late afternoon and was at my house a little after 5pm. Wow, these guys are the real deal! They answered the phone at 5:45 after we gave up on our DIY garage door opener installation. We were in over our heads and they came to the rescue. After hearing our dilemma, Nathan assigned Aaron to come out within 36 hours. Aaron quickly assessed that our original door was installed wrong 30 years ago. We had an issue where a cable came off the drum of the garage door and the rail not being aligned. I'm sure I could have of spent time on YouTube and fixed it all, but it would have been as good, and I have minus zero time. So, we hired a professional.
