I'm very happy with the service I received from Scotts Garage Door Services. From the beginning, the experience was professional, straightforward, and stress-free. Scott arrived on time, took the time to carefully inspect each of my 3 garage doors, tracks, motors, etc. and explained what was causing the problems instead of just trying to do a quick fix. Scott repaired each set of garage door tracks and rollers, reinforced the tracks to make the system more secure and stable. All 3 of my doors are made out of thin sheet metal and were tearing at the top, one even had come completely off. He had the tools and supplies to add steel bracing along each of the tops, I am sure they will never tear again. He pointed out that the original installation was pretty shoddy, the things they skipped the way they cut corners, as an example they had installed 3 bolts on each track when there should've been 6. I mean Scott's attention to detail is second to none! He also fixed (programmed) all of my remotes everything is working properly again. I could immediately tell the difference after the repair--the door opens and closes much more smoothly, quietly, and reliably than it did before. What impressed me most was the pride Scott took in his work and made sure everything was functioning correctly before finishing the job. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he answered all of my questions and provided excellent suggestion for maintenance going forward. He is affordable and very trustworthy. I phoned Scott about a garage door motor working intermittently. Not knowing me from Adam, Scott trouble shot the opener with me over the phone, not getting any results, ( the opener was dead) I scheduled a visit. Scott called me to share he had a sooner option than previously scheduled. Yes! After coming over and laying hands on opener (it was beyond repair, at 30 years old!) Scott offered me several options for replacement, including offering to have me buy an opener from a local vendor to save even more than his very reasonable prices, which I did. Scott installed quickly and efficiently. Done! Every thing was perfect, until it quit later that evening, UGH! I left a message with Scott he called me early 8:15am next day (weekday) came over and did troubleshooting for me even though he didn't sell me the opener ( Yes some people still do business like that!) The part had failed, wired garage controller. Scott hung around while I called manufacturer and requested a replacement. WOW is all I can say. If I Ever need garage door service or replacement in the future Scott will be the only call I will make. I cannot say anything about my experience that wasn't A+++ read more

It was Friday @ 4pm with Christmas on Monday. My garage door spring decided to snap leaving our family pretty desperate. Scott answered the call and was the only service willing to help the same day without an emergency fee and despite him leaving on vacation. Scott arrived within an hour and had the door repaired in under an hour as well. His price was fair and reasonable, which makes him an excellent choice if you need repairs. Scott was professional, personable, and he truly cared about my family and our situation. Despite the late hour and his vacation pending, Scott didn't want to leave us without an operating garage door over the holiday weekend. Scott is an excellent tradesman and a very kind man. read more

I called Scott about repairing my garage door as it wasn't opening. I was pleasantly surprised that Within two hours of calling him he was at my house fixing the door. We had garage door issues last month and of course it happened on Friday. I looked online and Yelp - called about six or seven places. The businesses that did answer told me they wouldn't be able to get out until next week. I left messages on the ones that had an answering service. Only one got back to me on Friday around 5:00pm - Scott from Scott's Garage Door Service. He told me he could be out tomorrow. He was there on Saturday and got it fixed for us. Very nice, professional and reasonable. He will be the only one we call in the future. read more
