She's rude doesn't care about families due to the lack of listening skills. I am a guardian that was told i cant bring my child for a procedure she wanted the biological Dad present. And they certainly don't take care of the proper insurance procedures. And she's not an apologetic human. She made a big mess of our nice visit at the Dentist. read more

I actually loved going to dr Patal and had an apt booked after finally getting vaccinated. When I asked if the tech and dr are as well I was told "they don't ask" I get the privacy angle sure but when I called other dentists they had non problem assuring me that my dr and tech were indeed vaccinated and taking the safety of their patients seriously The receptionist acted like i was the first to ask this question and once I cancelled she was not very friendly. I made an appointment at all smiles who's staff is indeed vaccinated and didn't hesitate to assure me I won't be bringing covid to my 88 year old mother. If I can't rely on my dentist to have policies in place during a pandemic then I just can't put my faith in their abilities. read more

I don't normally do reviews. I Have never, ever been to a doctor's office. That is so wonderful as Arcadia dental. Dr. Patel and his staff have been a blessing to me. They care about their patients. I was feeling so bad from an infection. The doctor and his staff have called to check on me. They knew how bad I felt and they gave me a ride home. They have checked on me after hours. I needed an emergency oral Surgeon appointment. They offered to take me to my appointment. Thy are the most caring Dr/dentist office I have EVER been to. No other dental office would go out of their way to help and care like Dr. Patel and his staff have done. I'm most grateful and appreciative and have been so touched by this experience. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I HATE the dentist. I had not gone in 10 years, purposely, as I had never had a cavity and all my experiences were awful. I knew I needed to go but didn't decide until I got invisalign and was told I had tartar that needed to be cleaned. I was extremely nervous and cancelled my appointments probably 5 times before going in. How silly I felt once Rosie started cleaning my teeth. I FELT NO PAIN. Not only did I not feel discomfort, but Rosie is sweet and calming and happily answered any questions I had. Dr. Patel was the same way. We ended up finding my first cavity and filling it. AGAIN. NO. PAIN. Dr. Patel was just as kind and willing to answer all my intricate questions. Every staff member was delightful. I cannot express how pleasant the experience was. This is a great dentist. I've had many dentists in my lifetime and this one is the most gentle. I tell them about my sensitive teeth and they listen. Dr. Patel is super nice and understanding, he will listen to any concerns you have and offer multiple options for treatment. The dental hygienists are gentle as well, non of that gum bleeding stuff! My experience I had an exam that I felt was rushed because all the dentist (Dr. Patel) kept saying was how he had to hurry and leave to make it to Orange Theory. The hygienist said I had a cavity in my molar but he was half way out the door she told him. He rushed back over and said no we will just watch it. Then he leaves to Orange Theory abruptly. So now I'm wondering if I'm walking around with a cavity and he was just too busy to deal with it. Basically I am looking for a new dentist. read more

Dr. Patel and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, on time, and the facilities are clean, comfortable and up-to-date. My wife was using her previous dentist; however, after several issues with a cap placement, she visited Dr. Patel and the cap was correctly placed--she has been a patient of Arcadia Dental Group ever since. I know it's weird, but I really like going to the dentist, and Dr. Patel and his staff did not let me down! I had an appointment here on a Saturday morning, and they had me in and out of there with X rays and super clean teeth in no time. I made an appointment online, which was super convenient (although the tens of reminder emails/ calls/ texts were kind of overkill). When I arrived, the office manager had already verified my insurance and had a few forms for me to fill out. They were very efficient and before I knew it, I was having my teeth cleaned. My hygienist did quick work but was very nice and gentle, and Dr. Patel was great as well. This practice is so well-run, and everyone is helpful and kind. I am super happy with the care I received, and it was very affordable with my insurance! read more

I don't always recommend medical/dental specialties but I have to give a shout out to Dr. Patel and the Arcadia Dental Group crew. I did what most people do and started seeing a dentist close to home. I went in for a cleaning and he gave me a laundry list of things that needed to be done. After 2 years of countless procedures and agonizing pain I developed a serious mistrust of dentist. My Endodontist recommend I see Dr. Patel and I am happy I did. Dr. Patel was honest and did exactly what needed to be done to alleviate my pain and get me back to optimum oral health. He is not one of those "up-sale" dentist we commonly see. He will recommend what is needed and works to insure the patient's satisfaction. Above all else, he is assuring and inviting...never pushy. It's so nice not being afraid of going to the dentist. read more

Had an emergency. Tooth pain unbearable. Last Dentist was not an option. Heard about Arcadia Dental from coworker. Called... and was able to get same day appointment! Needed a root canal and crown. If any person is actually human, they HATE going to the dentist. I have been with this practice now for at least 10 years. I get very early am appointments, and for cleanings, we're done in 15 minutes. The staff always takes me back at or before my appointment time (usually 0730) and I'm home by 8. They (staff and Dr. Patel) are thorough, compassionate, empathetic, and have an amazing sense of humor. Recently I had some slightly more complicated dental work than just cleanings. they sat me in the chair 15 minutes before my appointment, and numbed my gums to fill in 8 composites. To my delight, they had a Netflix I-pad that I could choose from numerous shows to watch, while Dr. Patel and his associates did their amazing work. Dr. Patel is professional, realistic, funny, and makes the whole experience worth the worry. He's never once caused me any pain with other procedures and I'm out of there in less than an hour. I know it's crazy, but I sooooo look forward to my dental exams and cleanings every 6 months, because Dr. V Patel and his staff are so amazing. read more

I absolutely love the team at Arcadia Dental Group- I have been a patient for going on 2 plus years and every visit has been a good experience. Numerous cleanings, a crown, a root canal and a repair to cracked tooth, which another dentist was unable to fix correctly, Dr. Patel put a cap in place that has remained now for years, and he really stands behind his work. Dr Patel has excellent chair-side manner, he is straight forward and I trust the recommendations he makes. Each and every other staff member has shown me the same consistently. All the dental hygienist are awesome!!! ..... and their front of house management team is patient and helpful in assisting with billing insurance and setting up cash/out of pocket rates. Very SATISFIED with my appointment. I was a last minute, walk in, toothache victim. They took me right away. Very friendly and helpful staff. I have been going to see Dr Patel for a number of months to have teeth pulled so that in the near future I could get implants. Dr Patel made the temporary dentures until i could get the implants. The staff that made the molds for the temporary dentures used trays that were too big for my mouth but they proceeded to pull my lips apart so far that they ended up splitting my upper and lower lips while they were trying to do this. That day I knew that they were not going to fit properly. This was the second set of temporary dentures that they were making for me due to how badly made the first set was. But I was uneducated about dentures and I felt that the dentist I was seeing, Dr Patel, went to school for dentistry and therefore must know what he was doing. And that the dental assistants that were assisting him would also know what they were doing. I was wrong. After numerous visits to Dr Patel's office and lastly being treated rudely by one of his staff I was done! All I wanted was all of my money back but after discussing this issue with Dr Patel for over 15 minutes, I knew he was not willing to give me my money back. Despite the fact that I now have 2 pairs of temporary dentures that do not fit correctly and cannot be worn. And also have severe bone loss in my lower jaw on the right side because a bone graft was not offered or performed by Dr Patel. No one in his office told me I would need to have this done or that I would have such severe bone loss. I was not educated as a dentist that's why I relied on the dentist I saw to guide me and advise me what needed to be done with my teeth. I guess that was foolish of me to think that's how it works when you see a dentist but never again. In order to put an end to this horrible situation I've had to deal with I finally told Dr Patel to just split the difference with me and to give me half of what I had paid him back to which he quickly agreed to do since it was saving him so much money. Despite the fact that I still feel that he should have given me a full refund I accepted half which was $950.00. I paid $1,900 total for a set of useless temporary dentures. I still feel that I should have been given a full refund from Dr. Patel since they were the ones who were ultimately responsible for them not fitting correctly. But in the end I guess the customer is not always right. So please educate yourselves as much as you can watch YouTube videos research thing about your teeth about options look for good reviews on the services that you're going to have done. Dentists can be good at many things but they may not specialize in all Dental Services which is fine just future that they're excellent at performing the services you need before you go there. Dr Patel does a good job at pulling teeth just not dentures. I would like to thank Marisol, one of Dr Patel's dental assistants for trying to help bring back my smile. read more

Wanted to say thanks Mayra for going over my treatment plan very easy and she explained everything. Dr. Did amazing work and answered all my questions. The assistant Marisol was very nice, friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. Then I schedule another appointment with Maria witch she offers any day even on the weekends since they are open on Saturday's as well made my day.
