In this big family, we have genuinely felt so much kindness and love. There are so many heartwarming moments that have stayed with us. One time, my 9 years old son insisted on finishing his homework in the treatment area. Not wanting to disturb him, Alvin thoughtfully arranged the meeting with Dr. Lee into the office, and everyone patiently waited until my son had finished his homework before continuing with his appointment. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and kindness. Another time, a pen fell on the floor. Melisa picked it up and carefully disinfected it before using it again. It may have seemed like such a small gesture, but that attention to detail meant so much to me as a parent. It made me feel that my child was truly safe and in caring hands with all of you. There have been so many touching moments like this along the way... We feel incredibly fortunate to receive orthodontic care from what we believe is the best orthodontic team in the world. You have not only helped create a more beautiful smile, but have also helped make every breath easier and more comfortable, while supporting better oral health. Thank you for being with us throughout this journey over the past year and more. We are deeply grateful for everything you have done, and even for creating such a beautiful and welcoming space that feels like a five-star home. And just like family, you remember the children's birthdays and make them feel special by sending your warm wishes on their special day. That thoughtful care means so much to us. The photos below are a wonderful reminder of everything we have accomplished together.

Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour after your appointment time to be let inside and wait longer for the doctor. As mentioned by others, they tend to pack in appointments. Dr. Luu is one of the kindest, most professional, and gentlest doctors we've ever met. We signed our treatment contract in August 2024, and every part of the process met or exceeded our expectations. My daughter, Jasmine, would frequently come home with extra rubber bands and other little items she needed, and we were never charged extra or surprised with unexpected fees or add-ons. My daughter just had her braces removed, and the results are fantastic! We had been a little worried about possible discoloration after treatment, but there was none at all. Her smile looks beautiful. Looking back, the only thing I wish we had done differently was purchasing the extra set of retainers at the discounted rate they offered. We decided not to at the time, but if you're given that option, I'd recommend taking it--it's nice to have a spare set just in case. Wonderful service, an amazing doctor, friendly staff, and a truly positive experience from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Luu to anyone looking for an orthodontist. Dr. Luu, thank you so very much for everything. We are so grateful to have had you as our orthodontist throughout Jasmine's teeth-straightening journey. It has been an absolute pleasure, and we will always remember your kindness, professionalism, and wonderful care. We wish you and your entire team all the very best!

My dentist actually recommended Primrose Orthodontics, so here starts my little self-care journey (teeth edition). Dr. Luu and team were great from the very start, from scheduling to actual care. I was ready to drop a pretty penny that was just hanging out in my HSA, but Dr. Luu was transparent and offered me a lot of options and actually recommended I go with the faster and less expensive option since I just needed refinement. Beyond excellent patient care and prompt communication, prices are affordable and I felt like the team spent a lot of time making sure all my questions were answered. They were even accommodating when I told them I had to move some stuff around my HSA before proceeding. Anyway, I'm 6-7 (ayyy) months in, my teeth are straight, and I'm wearing clear retainers over a new smile. 10/10 would absolutely recommend them! Thanks Dr. Luu & co.!

I am not sure what the issue was there (e.g, lack of care, expertise, or knowledge), but after 1.5+ years of treatment and wasting lots of money, there were no improvements or changes at all. We were also told that it could take 4+ years! Besides the unprofessionalism in the office, both the doctor and the staff were just not good at this Arcadia clinic. Frustrated with the treatment, we were highly recommended to see Dr McClure by our oral surgeon. OMG. It was a night and day difference. The entire office is very polite and professional. They make sure that the patient feels comfortable. Dr Kaitlin is very knowledgeable and actually cares about the patient. She takes her time to explain everything and answer any questions that we have. As proof, after less than 4 months of seeing Dr McClure, we already saw a dramatic change in my kid's teeth. And after less than 1 year, we are almost at the end of the treatment. My kid also likes this clinic a lot more. Again, you should definitely come here if you are looking for an orthodontist.
