My favorite place in the mall is the Hello Pottery and the bakery upstairs near the Gap. The massage people upstairs could do a little better but I guess because I'm pregnant they didn't want to put too much pressure on me. I felt like they rushed my massage at Diamond massage since it was close to closing time. I have yet to see the entire mall but I loved one of their Korean skincare stores I got a few items, the old navy is nice, Nordstrom employees helped me and told me about my bag that I got how to care for it, the Din tai fung was my first time going and nice. I still want to explore the rest :) especially the market downstairs

From the promenade being added to new stores opening and closing. I will say out of all the malls around the area, this mall has lasted through the decline of shopping IRL. Perhaps it's the activations they've added like the LNY stuff, or maybe the fact that they're adding new restaurants and concepts, but somehow this mall has stayed open while others have sadly closed. Still, this is a mall I'd keep coming back to for some quick shopping.

I have found huge improvement here, but by the time I left, it got so crowded, it was a tad difficult getting out of The Shops on South Lake parking lot. I'll still rate this location a 5-star simply because I didn't encounter Any hassle heading back here 2 decades later. I've been to the Glendale Galleria literally millions of times over the years. Because I've visited…read moreso often, I know every single nook and cranny of the place. I even know the history of all the stores that have been there for a long time, as well as the ones that have closed over the years. I usually come here to shop for cosmetics and clothes, and I often have lunch or dinner here while shopping. With Macy's, Bloomingdale's, and Nordstrom nearby at the Americana -- which I always end up visiting too since it's right across the street -- this area is truly a one-stop shopping place. Since I've shopped at many of the cosmetics and clothing stores here over the years, a lot of the sales associates let me know in advance by email or text about pre-sale events and gift-with-purchase promotions. However, last Sunday, April 26th, I came here shopping with my mother, and she lost her Gucci sunglasses. She went back today to look for them, but sadly, they were not in the lost and found. She probably misplaced them while trying on clothes in a fitting room. Actually, I also lost my Chanel sunglasses here twice a long time ago, and I still remember how upset I was back then. Since this mall gets very crowded, especially on weekends, I think things like this can happen more easily. One of the biggest advantages of Glendale Galleria is that parking is free. And because there are so many different stores all in one place, it's very convenient for one-stop shopping. But one downside is that whenever I call Macy's, it's incredibly hard to get connected to the individual departments. I really wish it was easier to get through to their customer service on the phone. Also, at some point, they got rid of the toilet seat covers in the restrooms near the Food Court, which I think is a huge downside.

Auto Salon Review I…read moretook my Saab here the other day and I'm far beyond impressed and satisfied with the quality of their wash. This was my first time being my car to an auto salon at a mall and their service has exceed my expectations. The manager who help us was very polite and professional. He knows a lot about cars. Everything was great inside and out. They even did a great job cleaning my filthy rims. It was a bit of a wait but well worth it in the end, they like to take their time to make sure everything comes out well. I don't think I can take my car to get cleaned anywhere else and be as satisfied with the result as I was here.

It has been a while since I'd gone there, up until last night around 6:30 pm. We didn't go out to dinner, but had few things from their cute stands that sell coffee, pretzels, and ice cream. Sat outside to watch the water show that comes on every hour. It is SO beautiful, refreshing on any day, especially during evening time to closing time. They have variety of things to do there. There is everything for everyone to keep them busy. It's breathtaking and just simply wonderful & green all around you. Some of the great places to dine are the Cheesecake Factory, an Italian restaurant called Amici. They have fine, delicious Italian food. Have been there few times, and once on a date. They gave a 2 spirit Barnes & Noble for book lovers, an AMC movie theatre that used to be Pacific Theaters, A Seabutter Sushi restaurant that is very good and romantic with patio seating. They also have the Mexican restaurant Frida.. Just to name a few of their iconic, yet high end businesses. You can walk, take the trolley, take your dogs for a walk, and simply enjoy the fresh air. Their Christmas lighting ceremony is MAGNIFICENT!! Must see!!! I am glad we were able to go there again last night and had a FANTASTIC time!! Service is on point. They are always cleaning the place, plenty of restrooms to use, spotless clean, and you can find parking anywhere in their parking structures and outside. We came to enjoy the kids club, it's held around the center between the stores around the playground outside. The event is free and doesn't cost you to attend! It was a really hot day so luckily there were tents out for some shade. They also offered free water and lemonade (courtesy from vendors around) and a raffle at the end if you register during the event. There's a pond fountain containing goldfish and turtles which is fun to watch and have the kids watch as well. When you're hungry or bored, there's plenty of shops around the area to explore as get something to eat and drink. The best places would probably be the food court since it has the most variety of restaurants but there's also nearby restaurants such as noodles, hot pot, kbbq, and meet fresh with sweets and beverages. Restrooms at the promenade are family based and gendered, located behind California pizza kitchen.
