service here, they left my windows soaking wet and said that it would dry up--not a small amount of moisture, dripping wet windows. I had to wipe my own windows a week later to remove the water stains. Look at the photos--there are crooked lines everywhere. The owner refused to give me a refund, so i requested to completely remove the tint. If they did this bad of a job the first time, I definitely don't trust them to redo it correctly... I will go somewhere else to get my windows retinted. After the removal, he did not even bother wiping glue reside off the windows. I had to rewipe it afterwards. I do not recommend this place, Beware!!! This was not worth $500, its more like a trashy $200 tint job. The worst part is that the owner was the one who applied the tint on.... read more

These guys are pros at what they do, and their list of services will be expanding soon, so check back for that. My bf and another friend got their roof wrapped a while little back and it looks GOOOD! It wasn't a simple feat wrapping around the Sirius XM antenna, but Truc made it happen (and made it look easy). The only thing that isn't great is getting your car in and out of the garage, which is now made easier since one of my friends "donated" a wooden board to help lowered/slammed cars get in. If you wait in their seating area, you can use their wifi. The super long password is taped to the TV, I believe. Oh, and don't park your car in the one spot right underneath the tree, as the squirrels like to throw acorns at it. ;) read more

Truc Tran did bait and switch on us, we had our car tint with what he stated was high quality film. When we picked up our car he was rushing us out because he was closing. The next morning, I looked at my car and there was crease lines. Second there was dust spot between the film and glass which did not go away after a few days. I tired to contact Truc Tran, but he refused to resolve the issue, saying we scratch the film (they were crease lines), and dust spot were air bubble that will go away 2-3 days. 1 week later the dust spot which Truc call air bubble were still there. We tried contract Truc but he refused to fix the issue saying we scratch the film and the air bubble (dust spot between the glass and film) need more time and it will go away. We went to another tint shop and they explain the crease lines were due to improper installing of tint and the dust was due to improper cleaning of glass before installing the film. Stay away from this unethical business person. This person shady, he ask if I could pay CASH and will he give me $5 bucks discount. With this kind of business practice and cheating the tax system, it's just sad. read more

When I say don't get your tint from here means DO NOT. I got my car tint from here and I had to take it back to him as the surfacing of year tint work was complete disaster. When I told him about it. He was making a point to address that it was my fault that I found the defects and how he didn't want to understand that he did a shitty job. If you guys will be paying for the product and service. Trust me he is not going to give you that. Rather, argue about how he does everything for cheap price so this is what you get kind of attitude. I left my car for the second time early in the morning to get the work done which he promised to fix. But it looked the same. Nothing was fixed. He is extremely rude and zero work ethics when comes to customer service and product reference! He was very adamant that he did great job. This place sucks unless your Asian. If you notice all the reviews are from Asians. I spoke with the owner about his business and decided to give him a try. The website says it opens at 9 am, the owner also said to bring the car in while we were on the phone. I arrived a little past 10 am and there was nobody there. I called the owner again to find out he was stuck on 285. "Why he couldn't have told me that from the beginning so I wouldn't have wasted my time." I grew upset ...he went on to rave that he had a $150,000 car (meanwhile he advertises his business with the smallest yellow sign I have ever seen), that my car was a piece if sh#t, and that he was going to call the cops if I didn't get off of his property. First off I am not Asian, I am a white American male. I brought my Xterra to A.R.C. three years ago and got a very professional tint job. The owner, Truc was very professional and took time to explain possible issues with tinting the front windshield. Three years layer the tint looked as good as it did when I had it done. Now I'm having them do all the windows on my Pathfinder. I didn't even consider taking my Pathfinder anywhere else. Great work, good price. I never saw any indication that Asian or Korean customers were treated any differently. When I get rid of the Pathfinder I will bring my next car to ARC to get the windows tinted. read more

Where should I begin! First off I wouldn't have went to this place if it was not for my regular tint guy been over booked and busy, however my brother recommended this place so I thought I give him a try this was about 3 weeks ago I had all of my windows tinted on my brand new 2016 Mustang there's not only small little dirt pockets or bubbles whatever you want to call them on both the passenger and driver side but he also ended up scratching up the passenger side window. I called him he told me that I let the window down I told him no I didn't, this isn't the first time I had my windows tinted that was from your squeegee with no moisture on the tinted glass (I actually have video proving this) he then said NO! that was me letting the window down long story short returned my car there thinking I was going to have to put these hams on him lol... Like one of the other reviewers stated he ended up tinting that window again but the bubbles are still present his quality control is in the toilet there's now squiggly marks weeks after that showed up in the tint SMDH!!! I have had my tint done from 3 different places and 3 different cars. This place offered, from their craigslist ad, great lifetime warranty on the film and labor. I gave them a try and paid what they asked. I had them remove and replace tint on every window of my car including the front windshield. Every window after the first job had either many micro bubbles or bad film with scratches or marks in them. I called back and spoke to Truc and he agreed to redo my film while criticizing me on how picky I am and when i tried to communicate on a good day and time for him to redo my car, he lectures me on how much time it takes and etc and complains how he doesn't want to argue with me while sitting in the middle of a car/job after every sentence or attempt to find a proper time to have the job redone. We agreed on a day and time and I hung up on him while being displeased with his awful communication skills. I don't wanna argue with someone who failed to make sure he did a good job on my tint the "FIRST" time around when I paid roughly $500 to have it done. He seemed more worried about his constant flow of business rather the quality control of his job. If he did a good job the first time and avoided the awkward communication skills, we would be on a better note. He redid my tint, but only the Windows "HE Wanted" to. Same results, scratches and micro bubbles in every window. Either his process or tint film is under par. I would never go back or suggest going to his place and I love to support mom and pop businesses but he has a short fuse with not so good communication and customer service skills. Place is awful. They open at 9 and when I went no one was there. When I spoke to the owner he just criticized my car and threatened to call the cops because I was there to get my windows tinted? I am impressed with my car. To say that I already had tint, they put tint over that and made it darker. I cant tell that it's doubled. I was in and out in like 45min which made me happy. Now they were a little hard to find because it's behind the actual building and I wish they had a better sitting area. I'm a woman and u don't want to smell like exhsust and sit on a dirty chair. This company damaged my vehicle, admitted it in a text, then refused to fix it. The tint was cut incorrectly and I had to pull it off. In addition, the tint was sliced in the middle of my window which is very noticeable but they wouldn't fix it even after sending pictures to them. Not to mention, my car was VERY dirty when they brought it back! When contacting him, he then threatened me and told me God would handle me. I was professional, still paid him and stood behind him even after I confronted him at the same time he dropped my vehicle off to me. There was no gap in time in notifying me. I did stop payment on the check after I found that the cuts were not straight on the tent in all three back windows. I do not recommend this company! They are expensive and unreliable. He lost 4 other vehicles business at my office because he was unprofessional and showed his true colors in front of everyone the was going to use him that day. They witnessed all of it! read more
