I needed a new piece of glass for a sofa table inset top. I brought the table with me so they could measure it (I didn't trust my measurements because they kept coming out a little weird). I left the table inside to run back out to the car and get my kids, and by the time I came back, John had already measured the table and prepared a quote! He patiently explained the pros and cons of different materials and answered all my questions (including why my measurements were weird -- the original table had likely had beveled glass, which explained the weird depth measure). Then he blew my mind and said if I could wait a few minutes, they'd cut it while I waited, saving me a trip back with the babies!
