We ordered a 4 panel door, it was supposed to be installed within 2 month. 4 months later, they installed a 3 PANEL DOOR! completely destroyed the flooring and oh yeah.... it was not what we ordered at all. When they finally did come back with the 4 panel door, the measurements were completely wrong, leaving wide gaps and a crooked look. This whole time, the owner referred me to his Attorney, his Attorney never responded. after 6 months, a subpar glass door was installed and within a month, the hardware on the door is coming loose. I wish I would have paid someone else double, just never to have encountered this halfway, DIY glass company that does not about there customer, does not honor their warranty and will leave you with more of a mess than you stated with. The expenses of fixing their failures will far outweigh any money you save. Do it right, our contractor choose this 'company' don't let them come near your project. I am mad at my contractor for even putting me in touch with them. I have additional videos of the lack of quality and workmanship and videos of the employees who literally just left one day. They were on an install and left, the owner called the next day to say they left because they were tired. Ummmm.... OK BBB Here I come.

Leonardo was able to do it, but from talking to him over the phone about what I was looking for and my budget, I was going to take a leap of faith and agreed to do all 3 of my showers with frameless glass. He told me not to worry, that his team was very proficient and let me tell you--from start to finish, this was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor (and I just renovated my entire house, and these bathrooms were the missing piece). True to his word, pricing that was quoted was what I was charged and very fair, workmanship excellent, his techs were courteous, professional, thorough, and cleaned up as they went. It was truly everything you want an experience to be with a contractor. I just wish I found him earlier since my GC had a handyman install my shower doors 5x's on 3 showers....I'm not kidding. My tile work had to be redone. I should have found Leonardo much earlier...you really do need a pro and custom glass for a lot of showers to get the look and quality you want. Extremely satisfied!! The booking process was easy, I paid my $50 deposit, and was scheduled the very next day. Nick called me when he was on the way and was there in about 25 min. He was fast, it took him about 45 mins to finish my replacement. Here's where things got tricky. Nick charged me full price. I had to call to be refunded my deposit. So the day after installation I noticed my Bluetooth microphone was not working in my car. I called Nick to see if he did something to it, which he stated "oh yea, I might have cut your mic wire. I meant to tell you yesterday." Not only did he cut my mic wires, he connected it to the window and stuffed the cord in the side panel, trying to cover up his mistake. He then goes on to tell me since I had an aftermarket radio he's not responsible for the damage. But that's not all. Nick popped out my side panels and did not fix them, the installation work is supper sloppy, and today when I took the tape off, part of the sealant came off. I'm absolutely disgusted in the manner my car was left. and to take no accountability for it is insane. I will never ever let this man touch my car, nor will I ever recommend this company to anybody.

From the first visit (by Troy) explaining the process required to remove and replace the glass to the repair completed by Milo this morning, I could not be more pleased. Both Troy and Milo were very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Milo did an awesome job removing both a stained glass window and the pressurized glass from the inside with a bath tub in the way. The replacement of the pressurized with a new custom sized window and the replacing of the stained glass window was without issue. Very well done. Thank you to both of these folks but especially Milo for his attention to detail and workmanship.

Summary: Elrod's ordered a part for a blind, but then lost…read moreother parts, making the blind useless. They will not respond to my calls. Detail: We have a Comfortex blind that was mis-made at the factory. The hole drilled in the metal casing for one internal string was off-center, causing the string to shred. Elrod's ordered a replacement string, which we would install. When Elrod's returned the blind they did not return the parts that the string wound around. We had removed these to show where the off-center hole was. The blind is useless without these parts. When I can reach Lee on the phone he says he needs to check with Casey. If I reach Casey she says she needs to check with Lee. This has been going on for over two years. Most of the time I'm unable to reach them by phone. They do not return messages. When I do reach them, they fail to call back with answers as promised. Very frustrating, and unprofessional.

I did NOT want to pay that much for a problem that seemed like it could be fixed by just popping the pieces of the bumper back together. Luckily, my friend told me about the Dent Repair Guys so I called the phone # to schedule an appointment. It was a bit confusing to find the location, so just call or text them before so they can direct you. The Dent Repair Guy took a Quick Look at my car and said it looked like it was hit pretty hard because some plastic near my headlight was punctured by the metal in addition to the bumper popping out. He said that quote I had from caliber would easily be increased to $4000-$5000 because they'd say to replace the whole bumper, grill, headlight etc. He quoted me just $500 to realign everything. I waited in my car and he was done in 25 minutes! Good as new! I was so satisfied and relieved to have saved thousands of dollars for such minor repairs. If you have dents in your car or need minor fixes SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO DENT REPAIR GUYS. I can't recommend him highly enough.
