Rick understood my needs and was able to suggest styles of sandals, shoes, and sneakers based on my issues. He was very patient with all the shoes I tried on (I think I was there for an hour and a half). When we finally found a pair of sandals that fit, there was an area with stitching on the inside that irritated my foot, but he was able to take it to the back and smooth it down.
