Came in for a quick trip to get an official document notarized. The fees are reasonable at $10 for…read moreone page per person. The customer service is above and beyond. The notary I believe her name is Casey was extremely helpful and thorough with the process. She examined the document to make sure she could notarize it and automatically volunteer the other two employees at the store to provide as witnesses. She explained everything to us in the process and even said if there any issues we can come back and get it re-notarized for free. She worked really hard for us it was polite 100% of the way. I went to this store Monday to ship a returned item. A $6000 piece of electronic equipment was…read moreshipped to me by UPS and it arrived looking like they had used it as a shot put. There was a dinner plate sized hole in the side of the box and all of the knobs on the unit had taken such a hard impact that they had burst through all of the packing materials. Several of the knobs were broken off and looked like they had been crushed with a hammer. The store manager had asked me to explain to UPS all of the damage done BY the ups shipment and asked that they reinforce the packaging any way they could. The counter person referred me to the manager who absolutely refused to do anything. This is consistent with every other time I've visited this location. Take your packages anywhere else, because these people don't care about you or your satisfaction at all.
