I told Uncluttered Spaces that I couldn't do anything physically because of the pain I'm experiencing and they said that was no problem. In two days I sat in a chair while they went completely through every nook and cranny in my home and with my direction divided all of my furniture and belongings into 3 groups- things I would keep, things they would donate, and trash which will be removed when I have the whole house emptied. They worked non-stop and clearly labeled all of the items that I would take. They offered sound advice on what I should bring but didn't dictate their opinion. They were steady going through narrow door frames and stairwells. They moved 7 rooms of family heirlooms [ treasured antiques] with no dings, no bumps, no scratches, not even one mishap. This moving team was very energetic, and they always carried [never dragged] the antique furniture which is very heavy, and they did so with ease. Also in the move were two very heavy butcher blocks. They left early saying the truck didn't have more room (untrue). These guys on the other hand unloaded the whole truck like champions and still had time to spare. They are super friendly, hardworking, and are able to move big items through narrow spaces and turns like it's no problem. It's the difference you experience when you hire the pros like these guys.
