Came in for a quick trip to get an official document notarized. The fees are reasonable at $10 for…read moreone page per person. The customer service is above and beyond. The notary I believe her name is Casey was extremely helpful and thorough with the process. She examined the document to make sure she could notarize it and automatically volunteer the other two employees at the store to provide as witnesses. She explained everything to us in the process and even said if there any issues we can come back and get it re-notarized for free. She worked really hard for us it was polite 100% of the way. In retaliation, ARC banned our company. It's the only time in my life that ever happened with a vendor. Ever. Now, many years later, Yelp exists and and this morning just happened to be the one where I had a few extra minutes to address this old grievance. Otherwise, I thought the quality and prices ARC offered were great.
