The tirent, Bernadette, then bathed how she is the shop steward and how she always has to correct people on this. I don't give a rat's ass who you are, don't yell at me. A simple sorry we no longer give out would have sufficed. We also over heard her complain to a customer that she can not lift heavy things because she just had surgery and continued with her grumpiness. It is no the customer's fault you came back to work too soon. Perhaps a job where you do not lift or deal with customers would suit her better.
