I needed a large Excel spreadsheet printed to 3' x 4' and sent the file electronically. I told them I would be going to their shop and to wait for me. I arrived and was greeted in an appropriate amount of time and they were already looking at it. As it turned out the file needed some reformatting and additional editing which I was able to do at the store. After a few iterations we were able to get what I needed. Hardik Patel was excellent with how he handled this. I highly recommend their business for any services offered. They truly understand "Customer Service". read more

Do not use this service. I dropped off a package on Monday (holiday) to be delivered by Wednesday. When I went back in on Wednesday the package was still sitting there. They gave me the excuse that Monday was a holiday. What did they do on Tuesday or Wednesday morning? I now have to have it hand delivered at a cost of $100.00 due to their incompetence and non-business like excuses. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM. read more

Took my lap top to repair broken glass and hinge. Bought the replacement glass for them. Took two weeks. They called the next day with a $300 quote and didn't here from them again. Stopped in a week later and was told another week. When I went to pick it up there was a gap between the glass and the lid and the touch screen was not working. After another week (3 weeks) I got it back and the touch screen was working but the gap was still there and he could not make it right. After two days of having it back the glass cracked. Yes it cracked in my possession, but I feel the glass was fragile because of the gap between it and the lid. Total $320.63 but they charged my credit card $3206.39. They did refund the difference after I brought it to their attention 2 weeks later. Even know the owner was polite, it was a bad experience, long wait and not repaired correctly. read more

I needed someone who could really help me with the technical aspect of creating business cards and announcements using a professional logo which needed to be uploaded. Toral , the owner, was very helpful in meeting this goal and successfully accomplished this task. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in creating designs for a personal business. I had visited a couple places in North NJ and they said I needed to figure this out on my own. Toral took the initiative to assist me every step of the way, including sending me proofs . We have had t-shirts printed, business cards, magnetic signs and other signs made for our fishing charter business and of course shipped many packages and we highly recommend Post Net in Seaville! Toral and Hardik are very nice to work with and are very attentive to their customers needs. I can't believe how many services they offer beside shipping....passport photos, fingerprinting, notary, computer and phone repair. So much more than I'm even listing. I am amazed to how many services they provide and so helpful they are. My personal experience is mostly with shipping and simple things like sending faxes, especially sending faxes out to insurance companies whose lines are always busy. I was told to leave the copies and they would keep trying and notify me when everything was sent. This way I didn't have to wait around and I could stop by later and pick up the originals. read more
