The place was filthy, the upstairs bathroom shower head is broke, the upstairs bath drain doesn't work, refrigerator needs replaced and many other issues. Needs some major updates! We tried to get Crowley to fix the issues and instead the guy replaced the downstairs shower head and told me to get lost when I stopped in and mentioned that he was not even in the right bathroom. Called the realtor and nothing was done about it. Do yourself a favor and stick with Jack Lingo. Crowley does cares more about the owners than your happiness.

They conferred with us and we either refunded customers who couldn't make it (for valid reasons) or offered them spots for next year if our guests were willing. I enjoy just sitting and talking with them when they have a moment. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think they need to spend more time on social media and do more outreach and online interaction. Our 'compound' is fully booked, so I wasn't affected by that this year, but nowadays that is all very important--I know I use reviews substantially in just about any purchase I make, for instance. Since that time, I have had the opportunity to hire a more stable, professional photographer for the same type of setting and that is why I realized this needed to be done. While the photographer seemed to be enthusiastic about my family, I soon realized that the person behind the camera does not listen, take direction, or even try to understand what my family needed or wanted. She showed up with someone else and they both took pictures, but it was clear that her attention was not on our family. When we finally had access to our photos, they were so much worse than I expected. Not only did it take twice the amount of time to see them but there was no touch up and it showed that she was not paying attention. She was not responsive to emails or phone calls when I had questions about what we asked for vs what we saw. What we got was someone who has a hobby. What we paid for was a professional. I have found at least a dozen other photographers with comparable prices who did a far better job. My advice: don't waste your money. This woman is out to make a buck on a hobby without the experience of a professional.

His studio is in a residential neighborhood. Super easy parking and very comfortable location. Doing a photoshoot with John is a breeze. It's like talking with a good friend. You just have a great conversation and he snaps away. You barely notice it and then it's over! and the end result is a bunch of great photos. They are great because he has a way of capturing your essence. He's a true artist, through and through.
