I waited several weeks then messaged her again at the end of August. I told her my in laws were coming to town in mid-September and was hoping she could schedule me for a Spring Clean-Up. I never heard back from her. I messaged her multiple times and when I finally got her on the phone she said she was too busy. I guess 3 weeks in advance is not long enough to schedule an appointment. Now I'm left scrambling to find another cleaning service... all she had to do was reply to me 2 weeks ago and say she was unavailable. I can not speak for there actual cleaning because they never cleaned my place. Rosa stopped by for a walk through in July, told me it smelled too smokey and her team could not work in those conditions. I have since gotten rid of the smoke smell but have you ever heard a cleaning crew complain about a place being too smelly? That's why I was trying to call in the professionals, I'll have to find REAL PROFESSIONAL cleaners, not a someone that ignores me.

No Common Courtesy Not considerate of other peoples time. I…read morecome from a family of merchants and manual laborers we were taught that our customers should be considerate of our time and we should likewise be considerate of our customers time as We would never set up an appointment with a customer, not show up, not call, then, after apologising for doing so do the exact same thing the next very next day You made the appointment times which I considerately stayed home all day to wait for you and once again no show,no call.my texts inquiring if you were indeed going to come today as promised went unanswered and only illicited a texted apology and promise to call next day after my husband called from his business line and left you a message that it wasn't a very nice thing that you did and you were impolite to disrespect customers whose business you are soliciciting .. I always feel bad when I feel like I've been made into a sucker for being considerate of others , especially other working peoples time..Rosa, I bet you would consider it a slap in the face if you and your crew were met with an empty house if you had shown up and no one was here to greet you for our appointment.but that wouldn'thave happened because we are considerate people...looking at older reviews your business appears to continue to treat new potential clients in a similar fashion. Rosa, you should learn how to just graciously say "I'm sorry but I cannot take on any new clients at this time" so that others can continue looking for help from another business. That would be the right thing to do.

Ralph helped me by building a basic page. Then I was able to see what worked and didn't work for my tastes and my needs. From there we created a page that embraced my ideas with his knowledge and expertise! Ralph was so patient and accommodating all the way through. He helped turn a very intimidating process into an exciting and fun one. His instructions on how to manage content on my own were very clear. He has been available and helpful as I navigate my way through, helping me every step of the way. He is very knowledgable about search engines and all the little details that put your site where it needs to be. And he has continued to be there to help improve the presence and effectiveness of my site. Ralph really cares as well as loves what he does. He is a fantastic artist combined with a huge knowledge and understanding of the technical stuff. I highly recommend him!! Oh, and he's funny too! You will not be disappointed.
