When a family member was to get married, we put money down at T & F. It was a number of months before the wedding. Something came up and we had to call off the wedding. We promptly notified T & F many months in advance. They said they would refund our money since it was such advance notice. Our family member had done them a number of favors when they came into their place of employment. We learned that means nothing to these people. When my spouse went to pick up the money the owners were VERY ARROGANT and refused to return our money. So I went to the store and I have rarely dealt with someone so outright ARROGANT. It was as if he enjoyed it. He grinned and challenged me to try to get our money back. We try very hard to treat others fairly, but we WARN you away from T & F camera. They're nice until they get your money. Don't deal with these people - you will regret it. Not only did they keep our deposit, later one of our grandchildren had school photos taken by them and they turned out terrible. read more

Sent to wrong address (2 times) costing me $30 to get; last order sent them 3/3; repeated phone calls...promises...finally today (4/27) told they were "on my desk,"after telling them on Monday that to send whatever..immediately...told "he lied;" Now signed check included with order. T&F camera in Vineland was the vendor that All South Jersey Choir uses as their photographer . So I ordered and paid for my pictures online and choose the pick up option that they offered. Next day they texted me that the order was ready to be picked up. I called them and told them that I would be there to pick up the pictures the next day they said "no problem your order is done". Next day I go to get the pictures. So after about 5 or 10 minutes of looking for my order they finally come out with my pictures. One of the pictures the 10"x24" was supposed to be in a leather mount type frame but wasn't. So I waited while he looked at my order to see what kind of frame I ordered then he came out to the shop floor to find the frame. He started to insert the picture it took quite some elbow grease to insert it. I had seen that the picture rode up on one corner but he pulled it back and it cleared the edge and then he finished inserting it. I didn't notice that the picture was creased. I took my purchase home and went to place it on my shelf when the first thing that I noticed is that they installed the picture upside down in the frame because the pop out tabs in the back to hold the picture up could not be utilized unless I wanted the picture to be displayed upside down. Next I noticed that the picture had a 2" crease in the corner where it had rode up upon installation. I called them and told them the problems and they said no problem bring it back. I told them I would be back two days later when I had the time. I went there today and showed them the damage caused by them and the upside down installation. They printed a new picture and inserted it in a new frame. I offered to purchase the old frame and to keep the old picture. The man said "no it don't work that way" I said," well I believe that my time and having to drive from Hammonton is worth somekind of compensation for being inconvenienced" . His reply was, " if we have to compensate everybody for our mistakes we wouldn't be in business". I said nothing else got my picture and left. I guess by the comment he made T&F Camera makes a lot of mistakes and expects the customers to suck it up and spend your time and gas for free. My free 40 mile round trip to T&F including the wait was about an hour and a half. Im sure he's getting paid while he's behind the counter, same with all the employees walking around there. Don't get me wrong I don't want anything for free but Im sure they couldn't use that picture for anything else unless they would try to pass it off to another unsuspecting customer. Who knows maybe they get 50 cents for it when they recycle it. I would have given 50 cents for it or maybe $10 bucks I already had spent 60 bucks there and was willing to buy more product from them. Just some compensation would have been nice, didn't even get a sorry. And no the damaged picture would not have been good enough for me but I could have given it to someone else in the family. I will also mention that at all times I was respectful never raising my voice and just a complete gentleman like I was raised. I will speak to the organization that hired T&F Camera as their vendor so that maybe they can find a better one. Im sure it won't be hard. So to you T&F hope you like this true crappy review. Rather than make a first time new customer a life long patron you chose instead for a bad review. And to future customers, Caveat emptor! read more
