I visited Lin Ellen Studios this summer, on the recommendation of multiple friends. She specializes in Maternity and Newborn photography (which are absolutely stunning - check out @linellenstudios on Facebook and Instagram to see), but I wanted to get new professional and personal head shots done. She was up for the opportunity, listened to my ideas, and helped develop a vision for the shoot. I had an AMAZING experience with Lin. She was informative and professional throughout the entire process. Before the shoot she advised me on makeup, hair, and clothing choices. Her package prices were all up front as well, with so many options for customization. I went to her home studio for the indoor and outdoor shoot. We started inside and tried multiple backgrounds and posing. We then went outside to her stunning garden and did a professional and casual look. I did 3 clothing changes. I reached out to Lin for my daughter's newborn photos and I'm SO HAPPY that I did! She responded quickly, and, when I let time pass in the third trimester without booking and then before I knew it she was born, Lin was able to squeeze me in for a session at the last minute. Her studio has everything you could imagine-- adorable props, the cutest handmade outfits for baby, beautiful backgrounds, and even a lounge spot for parents with snacks, tv, and a couch that is nap-worthy. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The area where she takes the baby photos was toasty warm and had a relaxing white noise to keep baby calm. This photo shoot was so amazing! My daughter got the cake smash package and Lin really made it special with the things I really wanted!
