After reaching out to several different printers, I went with this one. I'm sooooo happy I did. Communication via email works well. I thought something like this would take atleast a week to get and she turned it around in 1 day!! I had 2 large files of medical records to copy for a court case. It was over 200 pages and a few were double-sided. The employee that was there was incredibly rude when I asked for help. .
