Coffee was ok, it's dog friendly only down fall no trash cans outside if your dog does go to the bathroom. But the coffee just was ok. Service was alright nothing special.

I had their iced baklava latte. I really liked that they have unique flavors, and I thought the coffee was great too. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, and they helped me adjust the sweetness level to what I wanted. The interior has great seating options and is very cozy, and it's a great spot for a coffee chat or just catching up with a friend. I would totally come again.

This is a very nice coffee shop. It used to be "Hendrix" but has recently been taken over by a local named Andy. His years of barista experience finally landed him here with his own small business. During my visit, I enjoyed a cortado and a guava danish from Bread & Cie. The cortado was well made by the barista. It was smooth up front, with rich coffee flavor, and with a touch of tang towards the end. It was a good cortado. The Danish was pretty good, too. It did need to be warmed up a little bit more, however. It was a tasty danish. The service was chill and super friendly. They offer a good amount of inside and outside seating. It's a great little neighborhood coffee shop.

Nice to have another locally owned coffee shop in the area again. Really unique coffee drinks and a nice space to work from home or meet a friend. Staff were super friendly and ask lots of questions about preferences for the food and drinks. I got the apple danish, which apparently is a favorite pastry there, and the baklava latte, which had pistachio, caramel, and honey, and was quite delicious.

It had been a long time since my husband and I stopped by this spot, back when it was under a different name before the remodel. Coming back and seeing the refreshed space felt like rediscovering an old favorite. The highlight right away was running into the owner Andy, who actually remembered us! That kind of personal touch is rare these days. He's clearly the kind of owner who takes the time to know his regulars and build community around the shop. We decided to share one of their specialty drinks, the seasonal Bailey Coffee. At first sip it tasted mostly like a standard coffee, but then I realized all the flavor had settled toward the bottom. After giving it a quick mix... It was so bomb. Smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of indulgent without being over the top. One thing I especially appreciate here is that they don't charge extra for alternative milks. I opted for macadamia nut milk, which was really nice and brought the whole drink together. The coffee also came out pretty quickly, which gave me a little time to chat with another customer who told me she comes here specifically to buy their coffee beans. She kept raving about them, which honestly just reinforced the feeling that this place really takes their coffee seriously. They've got both indoor and outdoor seating, and I personally love the outdoor area: it's a great spot to relax, do work, and enjoy your drink. All in all, it was such a pleasant return visit. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to

Snuggled in a business park is this charming coffee shop that had plenty of customers on a Saturday morning. There's indoor seating but the outdoor seating was more or the vibe I was going for with shaded area as well as exposed. They have a great selection of drinks that made it tough to pick just one from, so I certainly intend to try more of the menu!

Finally! A charming little coffee shop at Scripps Ranch. Lots of seating to do work. Good WiFi. Loved the Salted Maple Latte. Not too sweet but very nicely caffeinated. Emma the barista was wonderful and really cheery. Great place!

I came to this coffee shop before when it was a different name under a different owner but now it's completely remodeled and doesn't even look the same. Inside is a little smaller than the other shop and has some indoor seats but a lot of nice outdoor seating. They have some pastries and cold drinks available for purchase in the front and they have their own beans. They have a list of house specialties but you can also make your own drink with whatever syrups you desire. I love that they offer alternative milks without an extra charge. I got an iced brown butterscotch which had toffee nut and caramel. I asked for almond milk and it was so creamy which I don't always get with almond milk. It was a bit on the sweeter side for me but still very delicious and silky with a good coffee flavor. I might ask for a less sweet drink the next time I go. The staff were all so laid back and friendly. They were really helpful and even offered to make a new coffee for another customer because it wasn't hot enough for her liking. They also gave me a discount for being a healthcare worker! I think they offer them for military, teachers, and healthcare. I really enjoyed the vibes of this place. It's a perfect shop to hang out at on a nice day but I can see it getting pretty crowded at times. I'll definitely be back to try some more specialties!

I randomly stopped into Arc & Kin for the first time and immediately knew I'd be back. It's this adorable little polar bear-themed coffee shop near Hunters & Hendrix (by Newtopia Cider) and the whole vibe is just... so cute. Cozy :-) I ordered the salted maple latte and I'm genuinely not being hyperbolic when I say it might be one of the best lattes I've ever had. It was perfectly balanced; not overly sweet, super smooth, and just comforting in the best way. I kept taking sips and being like "wait this is REALLY good." I also got an apple cinnamon muffin and it was so fresh and flavorful. They have a little patio which makes it even better, and overall it just feels good supporting a local San Diego spot that clearly cares. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in Scripps Ranch.

Two house, specialty lattes, and a blueberry scone. All delicious!

It seems if you are a regular, like the two tables near us, they chat it up and talk about how things are. If you aren't a regular, they just quickly come by and say "anything else?" the two times they came by. Im a huge water drinker so the carafe they brought only refilled our cups once. Never got another one until we were done and they came by asking about dessert. They weren't busy by any stretch on a Tuesday evening but apparently the frequent customers either tip really well or they prefer familiar faces. I assume the latter. So, I mean the food itself was great but service was not good.
