I then ask the lady at the front (before bike was done), how much would it have been if I didn't bring my own tube? "$15". Wait what? I'm so confused. Then why am I being charged $15 if I provided my own tube? "Well you didn't ask and just said you wanted the tube replaced with what you brought so that's what we're charging you for". Kinda had a little back and forth but ultimately, just knew it wasn't worth it or going anywhere based off the rude lady's demeanor. Small shop in need or not, customer service goes a long way and if they're hurting for business, definitely not surprised why.

I thought that was awesome because everywhere else they want 80 and up. I came today with the bike and was told 20 for the inter tube and 45 for repair cost. I was vey upset because I was told different and the reason I came was because of the price. After complaining the owner Steve stepped in and offer to fix my bike at the price I was quoted before. I thought that was excellent customer service. Why loose a potential long time customer for a few bucks and a misunderstanding. I really appreciate Steve for helping me. This place is awesome they have a wide variety of options for bikes and accessories. They also have reasonable prices they have e-bikes worth a thousand or more on sale for hundreds . Then the brush fire happened and got relocated to Hungry Valley. Understandable . Both times that they relocated us , Kelly was very accommodating and communicative through text. She made sure that we keep the same day , same time slot no matter what or offer a full refund. When we got to the location in the day of , Silvia and girl (I forgot her name ) who checked us in were very helpful and nice and wanted to make sure we were prepared . During these COVID times , they took our temperature , made sure we sanitized our hands , and put a sanitary head and mouth covering on before putting the sanitized helmet on . We got there an hour early because we had to commute from an hour away and wanted to be on time . They let us ride early as soon as we got there and Sylvia was a fantastic guide . She took amazing pictures of us and made sure we were okay throughout the ride The trail was beautiful and the scenery was captivating .
