David assured me the store has no obligation to refund an undelivered item, which is... an imaginative interpretation of basic commerce. Despite my warning, the employee at the window handed my mobile order directly to that car -- right in front of me. No verification, no double-check, nothing. I watched someone else drive off with the food I paid for, and the staff acted like it was no big deal. The worst part, they couldn't refund my money on the spot (2-3 business days). So Jimmy John's allowed an individual who purchased nothing, commit theft, then technically stole my payment as they wouldn't refund the money. This is completely unacceptable. At minimum, orders should be verified -- especially mobile orders where names and order numbers are provided for a reason. It's not just careless service; it's disrespectful to customers who follow the rules and pay ahead. I expect better from a national brand like Jimmy John's. I regularly frequented this location. However, based on this experience, I will not be returning.

The restroom was clean and the train motif was there too. Outside seating would be available if the weather was better. If you are a fan of trains you should eat here. If you are not a rail fan you should eat here anyway
